Wow, looks like your firewood stacking machine is running great! Harold, Connie, Grace and Ryann are awesome people and I met them through TH-cam, too. I now stay at their home when I visit them in Michigan. In all my years I haven't met better people and I know they had a wonderful time visiting you. Joe, you are a generous man for sharing your time with the Anderson family and this memory will last a lifetime. PS Harold sent me the full upgrade for my Super Split HD and it is a huge improvement over the factory setup. Highly recommended. Thanks for the great vid.
I have had a SuperSplit since 1977. I split six cords a year. In all those years I have only had to replace one return spring and one roller bearing. Ten years ago I converted it from a gas engine to an electric motor. No loss in performance! IMO It's one of the best machines ever created. Shalom/gw

2.5 yrs splitting with a 30 ton hydraulic splitter before I got a new supersplit hd nearby. Has 34 hrs so far and I'm easily able to split 2 facecords per hr into bundle sized pieces without staged rounds. If u sell bundles/ kindling the supersplit is the best machine for your $. It's easy to move around. For most wood the supersplit can split it. If it's too knotty I just use the hydraulic splitter to chunk it up for boilerwood to sell. Great for making smoker wood chunks also. a conveyor would speed up splitting even more. I rarely use my 30 ton anymore bc its painfully slow
Nice to see kids stacking wood you don’t see much of that these days . Put a nice camper in the wood yard joe an I think you could keep it full of viewers that all want to work kinda like a summer camp ware ya learn how to split an stack wood 😂
Have you thought about the bin idea for drying wood that "In The Woodyard" uses? Or do the way you stack now present a more professional image now that people can see the woodyard from the road?
I was in Hartville last weekend for a wedding and stayed in the Comfort Inn, next to the Hardware store that you did a video on. I spent most of the day there and I'm buying a splitter from them. How far are you from there?
The city has its challenges but the surrounding towns are excellent, good schools, no traffic. It seems the peaks and valleys of the economy don't include the Mahoning valley. Housing prices have avoided boom and bust
