So many families leave the country and their pets are just left behind on the streets
We don't leave the country, we continue to feed stray dogs and rescue as many animals as we can

I absolutely agree with you 100%. In many ways they are much better than humans I believe. Anybody that would do this to a poor puppy or any animal, in my opinion should be arrested and charged with attempted murder. With no less than 10 years in prison. That would stop cruelty to animals in a heartbeat. God bless that woman with saving the puppies life and taking care of the puppy. We definitely need more people in this world like her.
