Tamara Ard started her cleaning service, My Amazing Maid, with her husband Royce Ard in 2013. She managed all aspects of the cleaning business from the very beginning. She launched the company with no experience in the business (twice), and managed to grow it into a cleaning company that now has 17 employees and cleans more than 400 houses a month with a less than 1% complaint rate.
