EST panels are capable of this. I've seen setups like this in Hospitals. Some still have the Fire Lettering on them even for mass notifications, but in this case the speakers are not labeled at all(Most EST Speakers and Genesis Devices are not labeled due to the running man symbol on their devices) which means the same thing
EST3 Voice Evacuation Panel. With Custom Message Support. During situations like this, a Code 3 Chime is Heard then this message is repeated until its silenced. You can hear this Chime at the end of this video
Are you gonna record a drill with the strobes flashing? I tried looking for that on this channel and couldn't find it. Unless I'm not looking hard enough.
From what I understand From another video he made, The strobes flash for Fires but Not for other emergencies. But the Strobes can be programmed to not flash unless a General Alarm is active if the panel is programmed as such. In this case, Given this is the " Lockdown Message " The strobes dont flash but does play through the speakers, which on the panel its labeled as a " Supervisory Trouble ". if I remembered correctly from another video he made, There are Gentex Horn/strobes in some of the building but all buildings have EST3 Voice Panels on this campus. For Fires, It will play The Standard EST3 Evacuation Message just with this voice in this video reading and the message Includes " This is a Fire Drill " at the beginning of the message. The End Chime at the end of this video is heard as well. During Certain Semesters, The Strobes are used From What I understood in another video he made
I hear echo echo echo echo echo This is not a drill tension tension tension. This is not a drill. This is a lockdown, funny, funny, funny, funny, funny, funny, interesting. Is that a ghost talking to you?
@@pfefferwal Why are you not hiding in a Room or Restroom since you never know if there is an Active Shooter in the building you are currently or at another Building, even if it was a Drill or a False Alarm and you never know what it is.
Never seen this type of fire alarm before... COOL
