Have you been persecuted for doing something good in Christ?
Have you been persecuted for speaking up for the Lord?
Have you been persecuted for your witness of Jesus?
Have you been attacked because of your righteous stands on God’s Word?
Galatians 6:9 (NKJV)
9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”
Just remember, you are not alone.
The Lord Jesus Christ experience these types of things before we ever did.
The prophets of the Old Testament experienced these things.
Faithful believers throughout the ages have experienced these things.
Let us trust our Lord and Savior and be faithful regardless of how our good works and godliness in Christ are received.
Don’t give up.
Don’t stop just because you are persecuted for righteousness.
This is what Satan wants you to do.
He wants you to stop and give up.
But let me encourage you to remain faithful to our living Savior Jesus who is the resurrection and the life.
You are doing God’s work and will when you become a threat to Satan.
Don’t expect justice for doing right.
Don’t expect a pat on the back from this sinful world or the lost.
Don’t expect a pat on the back from Shackers, slackers and six packers regarding biblical things.
When a person persecutes you for doing what’s right in Jesus, this tells you their spiritual condition.
They still need Christ as their Savior.
Trust the Lord Jesus for everything, and He will reward you.
