- Today I’m touring Bridgeway Station in Mauldin, SC right outside of Greenville, SC.
This place will feature residential spaces, shopping, dining, lodging, and entertainment.
Italian and European inspired brings some awesome architecture to the Upstate!
This area is in Mauldin but the address is Simpsonville, SC so this is a little confusing

The weird thing is it’s in Mauldin but the place has a Simpsonville address, so I may get some people questioning me on that one 😅

Thank you for watching! Yes I believe they will continue more phases just not sure when. Here’s what I got from city of Mauldin’s community development page:
“This first phase will include retail spaces, dining and office spaces with multifamily residential units above. The larger development will also include hotels and event/entertainment centers, and a five-acre park once fully completed.
Greenville developer Hughes Investments planned the urban village, which spans 40 acres along Interstate 385 in Mauldin, just south of Butler Road.
A few of the restaurants featured include Charleston-based Poogan’s Southern Kitchen, Belladina’s Italian Market, and Cohesive Coffee.
A conceptual site plan shows nine mixed-use complexes along both sides of a main street with retail space on the ground level and apartments or office space on upper floors. It also shows locations for two hotels and a movie theater.”
Super fun looking but the spectrum building really is an eyesore be cool if they paid spectrum to take over that building and or make it look like the rest of the castle because it just looks so out of place.😮

Wow! This place looks really neat! The architecture is amazing! I giggled at you having to speed up the video when you accidentally filmed in slow motion. Pretty impressive that you were able to make your voice sound normal even though it was sped up. 😂
Yeah I can’t wait to see what it becomes. I can’t believe I make dumb mistakes like that and it wasn’t the first time 🤦🏻♂️

@@laurenbatte I use Videoleap and it’s $9.99 a month. Or you can pay for a year which makes it cheaper. My son told me about this one. I like the intuitiveness of it. Do you use it on a Mac? Because I only do everything on my phone so I don’t think iMovie worked as good for me… However, that’s what I started with.
