Have lived in Mauldin since 1993. We have no downtown, if you want to shop for anything other than groceries you have to go to Greenville or Simpsonville, we're covered up with fast food, pizza and Mexican restaurants and the roads are state owned so the city can't repair them. We just like everywhere else are getting overrun with apartments and condos with no update to the existing infrastructure. Traffic is awful in the mornings and afternoons and is only going to get worse will all of the overdevelopment. Mauldin has been and always will be a cut through for people traveling to and from Greenville & Simpsonville. The only reason I live here is because this is where I found a house that I could afford that fit my needs.
Unbearable heat and humidity. Mosquitoes & bugs. No decent eateries. Lazy service employees. Tons of government yard looking subdivisions. Thousands of townhomes soon to be government subsidized cesspools.
i moved close to mauldin, like 4 miles away, from my home, I wish I would actually live in mauldin but could not find a house at the time, maybe in the future
great insights...not seeing any job growth more than 100 employees unless its manufacturing? Hidden Lakes may be worth looking at since brick may be mor
@@gvlrealestate Visited last month....was looking for anchors v boutiques. Is there going to be a Target, Costco, Publix and Lifetime Fitness type of approach that Sembler does in other cities to make it a thriving hub spot.....
Seems kinda crappy, good trail and a golf course, seems more like a good place for retirement or people without kids. Poors kids must just be in their rooms most the year.

Good information.
In all the videos I’ve seen, no one mentioned about the weather and what to expect during hurricane and storm season. Thank you. ❤
You’re so welcome! I’d love to chat further. Send me an email when you have time. wcsawyerjr@kw.com

I was there yesterday. Very nice development. When do you want to go check them out?

Where is an area in or by Greenville that has older homes and in the 350k price range ?
you can find that in taylors, mauldin and simpsonville for sure
Fix the lousy roads then build your downtown. Priorities
Think that Ridgeway station looks better on paper. Maybe that's why no one actually shows it 🤷🏻♂️
It looks tacky. Perfect for the nasty town of Mauldin.
