Keep in mind you are just starting out. These are some of the things you would possibly experience being the low man on the totem pole at any job. If you can, try and look at the bigger picture. In 2-3 years. You will be in a totally different position and state of mind. In other words, things will be a lot sweeter!

I remember those days I been with msc for 20years I missed those days once when you sale you will never leave it , once when you leave there or your career you will think of going back out to sea , I deal with that all the time , just hang in there be strong and humble you will be ok , you will go through trails and tribulations but you will make it.

what happens if you start neo and don’t get security clearance?
Clearance takes 6 months to a yr

@TaylorMadetravels69 hey, I applied for all my documents and physicals in January, recieved them all this March/April and I already had my TWIC because I was a truck driver as well . I applied in April and I kept calling them checking my application status and they interviewed me over the phone and gave me the offer. After that I did my background and drug test and was cleared to start NEO in July but I got a job offer as a probation officer and was not ready to go just yet because I was worried about not making what I make now but now I'm ready to go and just make the beat of it!
