I appreciate how when you film your videos you keep it so genuine. The reused milk jugs, cords aren’t 100% hidden from view, etc. I see some people online and you can just tell they have unrealistic setups. (They they fix just to record) I just appreciate you keeping it real, because it’s way more relatable :)

How are the ferrets, rabbits, and sugar gliders doing ?
Yay!! I haven't had sugar gliders for around 3 years! Rabbits I was able to finally find a home for (they had been rescues for adoption) for a few years. Ferrets I rehomed when I moved back to CA as they're illegal here. I probably would've completely just kept them hidden had I had the space 😔

To help hide any mess that may be in that room, you can get frosted window film to put on the doors. The window film is easily applied and removed when you are ready to.
I actually love being able to see my animals when I walk by or when I'm in the kitchen! So I love that idea, but I will just have to keep it neat!!

I would love to see the build outs. And mainly because you always fine really cool out of the box items. Also that don't brake the bank lol. Our Reptikids cost a lot when it comes to decor and creating nature in your home.

you should try wood pellet litter!! it’s cheaper, better for their health, lasts longer than traditional cat litter
i second this!! tractor supply sells a 40 lbs bag for like $7 it lasts my 3 cats at least a couple months! you just need sifting litter boxes
Love love love using pine pellets. The smell is decreased tenfold too which is so nice

I use recycled paper pellets, they are so easy! It doesn’t even affect my asthma 🤞🏻🥳
My cat will not use that. We tried it and I guess the pellets felt weird on his feet 😂
How to you secure the tall enclosures to the wall so they don't fall in an earthquake, does that brand enclosure come with tie down straps?

My first thought was to just block the window if you really need the space.
And the doors maybe get some blinds on the inside that if you need to hide it quickly you can just put the blinds down 💡
Like frosting the windows is nice but then it's too permanent for my liking if you want to see the animals.
I have my husband to consider too, he isn't OK covering the window. I was. lol.

I did one video about him I think about him coming to me! The bunnies finally found a forever home, which took years becuse finding a good home for rabbits is a CHALLENGE. And the tortoise is in the office on my floor right now. haha Feeding video is actually coming soon, I wanna finish motley's cage build first!

Yes I need to do that again! The rats I have not had for a long time, sadly they don't usually live past 3 years old

Because my husband doesn't want anything blocking the window. Plus I open it for airflow on even colder days so I don't want that cold breeze right on him. So not gonna work, but we're gonna make him a super cool even larger cage for where he's at now until my barn is built!
