INGREDIENTS:
Milk (दूध) - 1cup
Corn flour (आरारोट) - 1 tbsp
Sugar (चीनी) - 1/4 cup
Betel leaves (पान के पत्ते) - 3-4 pieces
Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds (सौंफ)
Rose Petal Jam (गुलकंद) - 1-1.5 tbsp
Banana (केला) - 1
Fresh Malai (ताजा मलाई) - 2 spoons
Food colour (फ़ूड कलर)
RECIPE:
In a pan, put some Milk and Corn Flour and mix it well. Then keep it on the flame for boiling. Stir it continuously and when it starts boiling put some Sugar and when the Sugar gets dissolved then turn off the flame and keep it in fridge.
Take some Betel Leaves, remove its stem part and chop the leaves. Take a mixer jar, put some Cardamom, Fennel Seeds, Rose Petal Jam and grind them. Then in another mixer jar, put some Banana, Fresh Milk Cream and grind it. Then put some Thick Chilled Milk in it and churn it. Put some Betel Leaves Paste in it and grind it again. Put some Green Food Colour and grind them all.Then put the Ice Cream mixture in a box and freeze it for 7-8 hours or for overnight and garnish it with some colourful Tutti Frutti and some Fennel Seeds. Tasty Paan Ice Cream will get ready easily at home.
