Love your recipe. I learnt making ice cream from a friend where she added cmc and gms powder which thankfully you did not use. Why are they generally added?
Turned out good. Made little changes though. Tried only chocolate version with cocoa powder. Added dry fruits n chocolate chunks. My kids actually made the icecream so it was easy in a way.
