FOTA means Firmware over the air, not flash. although, i understand flash you mean firmware packages but right one is firmware for Bugs, enhancements. Good video by the way.

As far as I know Autosar does not specify anything for FBL, so please do not confuse people to belive they will find AR specs for FBL.
