Bogi isnt starting..due to knee health reasons same as Hunter. Everyone knows that if you want those two to make it through the whole season you have to manage their load. Sad but true. Plus Bogi defense is trash. Him and Trae in the same back court for extended min is a disaster. Young, Daniels, Zacc, JJ, Okungwu is the starting 5. Its gives you Defense, shooting, Size, Athleticism, Ball movement, creativity, rebounding, and shooting. Plus Bogi on the Second Unit keep scoring and Spacing legit. Second unit is KOBIE, bogi/Matthews, Vit, Hunter/Gueye, Capela/Nance. On the second unit you have options at the 2G, PF, and C positions depending on the matchup, situation, and flow of the game. PF 2nd unit can provide more size in Gueye or experience with Hunter. Two Viable shooting options in Matthews and Bogi, and Scoring/Spacing, vs Rebounding and Defensw with Capela and Nance. Then of couse more on Ball Defense with Bufkin and Vit
Thats fair, but I personally would hesitate to start Daniels. He hasnt proven anything yet and his defense isnt what everybody thinks it is. Hes still "theoreticially" good.

I need you to go look at his defensive stats...the man is top percentile across the board. I'm talking elite level....damn near 1st team NBA percentile. If you say his offense is an issue, I can agree with that... but his defense isn't and never was an area of concern it's always been elite level. ...I don't know where the questions on Daniels defense are coming from.. you would have to show me that cause the numbers and the eye test highly debate that sentiment. It just makes sense to surround Trae with guys who can defend have length, shooting, and athleticism. The Hawks have finally done that. They haven't had three point of attack defenders of this caliber since Sefolosha, Carrol, and Bazemore.
