I’d switch the downstairs laundry for a coat closet and linen closet above it; then use the upstairs for the master bedroom, borrowing a little space from the sitting area at the top of the stairs. Then use one side as a large walk-in closet/ laundry room. Much more usable space and the guest room is separated from the master bedroom.
It is, indeed, cozy! It manages to have a place for almost everything, but not quite. The kitchen could use a bit more space, and there needs to be more closets!
yea, the kitchen was lacking, especially in counter space, ie for a microwave, toaster, slow cooker. And, storage for pots and pans.
Where’s the dishwasher and microwave? Do not like looking at washer and dryer unit! Love the sz. Of the bedroom downstairs wish you put in closets for dresses! All and all very lovely outside and in!❤❤❤ love it plantings are perfect! Thanks!😊

Love it! Too cute! In the upstairs window instead of flowers I would add a cushion for seating. The porch is definitely large enough for guests
No dishwasher? Free standing closets? Is this house in another country? No storage? Pretty house but I'd got crazy with no place to put my basic things.

Really!!!! And an exposed washer and dryer. Where would one keep vacuums, mops, coats, etc. No bathtub anywhere, nor adequate storage in the kitchen. It's cute, but NOT FUNCTIONAL.
Where does the TV stand?
Smaller dining table and more worktop prep space in kitchen.
I like the way you put some tree pots near the light window of the house which is ,so called, standard or classic house , in comparison with maison or villas .

Window area upstairs should be all closet! Bathroom sinks should have storage for supplies. Otherwise a cute starter or retirement home.👍👍

I'D PROBABLY CHANGE UP THE KITCHEN A LITTLE BIT, BECAUSE i LIKE TO BAKE, BUT THE HOUSE IS LOVELY.
Thanks for an open concept home! Having said that, did I miss a coat closet? I think the porch areas have more square footage than the kitchen/dining/LR. I enjoy an outdoor living space, but the vast majority of the US, get only 2-4 months of outdoor living. Do Floridians south of Tampa count as a majority? Upstairs is fine for kids, not so much for adults who hang clothes up. Master would be downstairs I assume. Give me a full bath there, half bath for guests.

I think they need a set of folding louvered doors on the laundry. Kind of crazy walking in and see the washer and dryer.

Why the odd turned cabinet by the refrigerator? If it’s turned to face out, like the refrigerator, then the counter space would be more useful.

Lovely design, different from most seen here. If, as an earlier comment indicates, having the washer/dryer visible is a problem, couldn't you just hang a curtain over them?

Cute house, with too much foo-foo. Tiny kitchen with no dishwasher?! I’d get rid of the dumb fake-looking fireplace. It takes up too much room. I never made it past the kitchen in the video, but I see a lot of comments about bad laundry location & lack of closets.

What a wacky home to have no back door or garage.
Me gusta la casa pero, es muy pequeña, digo hay suficiente terreno para hacerla más grande, la cocina es muy incómoda, la lavandería a la entrada no me gusta, y no tiene espacios para armarios ni vestidores

The interior does not live up to the exterior. The upstairs "bedrooms" are not bedrooms because they have no closets! The kitchen is too small and badly designed. I love all the windows, but that's all that I love.

Not enough counter space for food preparation. Need more storage and food pantry.
Use patio space for inside space. Outside doesn't have to be so big. if you have enough land you can build patio instead of using the space for the house. Only my suggestion.
