Shefali I just had a bit doubt wanna clarify like from what age did you started these skin care process like from my perspective there are some masks and some products which are only ment for teens not below it cause some products are not ment below 15 just saying haha not in this particular video but in some videos I hope you understand :) 🤞

Hey shef! I've been following you for quite a long time, all of your videos seem less complex and more doable than others on the internet ❤️ In one of your hair care videos, you said hair fall isn’t permanent, if you're losing hair now you'll grow them back some other time!
I've been having hairfall for almost 3 years now, the rate has increased recently. I went to dermatologist but nothing really helped me. I don't know what to do, and I feel like crying when I look at my old photos, I had such nice tresses and never had hairfall. I'm left with only one third of the hair I used to have earlier!
😔 Can you suggest me something that has actually worked for you? I know different things work for different people, it varies person to person. But I feel so helpless🥺 I don't trust any remedy anymore!

Hey I'm not a dermatologist but pure almond oil does help. My mom used to have the same problem and Almond oil helped her a lot and now her hair are in better condition. Btw If you suffer from extreme stress or period problems then it can also occur. So if either one is the case please show to the dr!
