    Thanks as had to stop during exercises and haven't had a day off for months and can't until I look anywhere near your physique, which will probably never happen considering I've been exercising for two years, but need to sort out my diet!

      Rest days and good nutrition are at least as important as training days! Keep that always in mind :)
