Question, my Lucy keeps blinking red when I try to use it. How do I fix this? The manual just says it means it can't purify, but there's nothing on how to fix it?
@@waterdropofficial, but the sensor is inside the waterbottle. How is it supposed to not get wet. I carry my bottle around. So it's not really useful. And it should last a long time for 100 €. A bit disappointing

I have a question. On the manual it says that it should blink green just after you took a sip. Meaming that Lucy has succed in measuring the quantity you had. But to me it never happens. Is it normal ? ( I'l frol France)
I also never see this (UK) and it took like 40 attempts to calibrate successfully to the 1l insulated bottle. Purification is hit and miss too, fails often
The battery can last several days or even weeks. However, there are some features, such as the UV-C purification function, which requires more battery power, and consequently shortens its life. Please charge your LUCY® regularly to have it always ready for your hydration journey!

Entweder ist es richtig so das es zwischendurch mehrmals (zusammenhängend) hell aufleuchtet oder es ist nicht richtig, dann wäre der Verschluß defekt. 🤔 Er ist nicht die ganze Zeit auf der Flasche, ich habe ihn nach dem Wasser reinigen in der Küche zu liegen und den Origialdeckel wieder auf der Flasche ;)

Klingt an sich gut, aber voll war die Flasche nicht. Bis zum Flaschenhals ist voll, jedenfalls für mich. Der Sensor im müsste dann irgendwie versiegelt sein. Und es ist schade, dass es nur in Schwarz oder Weiß erhältlich ist, Metallic oder Bambus wäre schön damit es so harmonisch wie die vorigen Deckel zu den Flaschen passt. Auch toll wäre wenn der Deckel auch auf andere Flaschen passen würde wie z.B SodaStream.

I suspect false Advertisement. I don't think UV light can penetrante water very far, even from the sun, let alone from a tiny led. The enery needed would bei the Same that is needed to boil the water for some time. That would be a huge amount of Energy, that can not be provided by a tiny led. And in the Video she said "...from all contaminants". If the water is toxic i.e. from to many heavy metals, quicksilver or something, you can shine your led all you want. A filter would be needed.
