i love drinking waterdrop cubes, my favorites are the ice tea pack, and i do drink more water, but i lately stopped drinki9ng them cause of the price, if it wold be just 2 or 3 euros less

I bought the lucy cap and the instructions on using it with this app are not clear. Do you click add drink after you finish a drink? I thought the lucy cap did that? If I don't click add drink, it shows nothing. If I add it, it shows 20oz of my daily goal met before I drank it. Can't find this info in any of the videos or help pages.

Sorry to hear that, I’ve had a good experience with Waterdrop, no complaints. Wanted to ask customer service about something and they were very quick with their responce. I have two of their glass bottles and love them both. (I'm not sponsored by them, or anything like that, just a happy customer)
