Excellent. Turning around the lectern to use full body language and to use the third person are great pointers. Thank you, Wade. Happy Speaking and Happy GE'ing !!
I would not have thought of third-person evaluations for each role. Great insight. I'm sure my GE will be better off just watching this video. Self improvement is what the organization is for. I achieved next level now. Anytime I can look/feel more intelligent at the lectern is a great confidence builder. Thanks bro.
@@wadepaterson Upon calling of the vote counts for best speaker, evaluator, table topics person, several members also slid me a note indicating they were pleased with how consistent my flow was. I'm sure your third-person approach had much to do with their being satisfied (not knowing I was purposely applying third-person to the GEs).
In certain cases, the President or the next highest ranking officer can give a written evaluation for the General Evaluator. This can be by request of the GE, and/or to fulfill some criteria such as for obtaining GE certification.

And the General Evaluator doesn't normally get evaluated. That was so cool.
@@OnHoldAt50 So cool! Glad to hear that :)
