Some features in the Mercedes-Benz vehicles are really useful, but not a lot of people know about them. Watch this video and start using all those features immediately! Let me know if you had fun watching, and don't forget to watch previous 2 lessons - links are below!
This demonstration tutorial is based on many different Mercedes-Benz models, but you have to check with your own car, to make sure if one of those functions are available in your particular car. Some features are optional so you have to test it out yourself and see if your particular car has them.

Hi mbz master, i have a gla45 i noticed i dont have the engine data and vehicle data under the dynamic menu, can i activate it on engineering mode?

I got into a bit of a pickle by trigging the alarm. I used the fob to stop the annoying beep but couldn't start the car the normal way. Because of your video, I was able to remove the start switch and insert the fob then Walla! CHEERS!! 👍

For the mirror parking position, you don’t have to press M. You just have you put it in Reverse gear and adjust. And it will remember. When you put to D, it will adjust back. And this feature can be temporarily disabled if you press left side mirror button when you don’t want the mirror to change when parking. So the light on the left means disable and right means enable.
There are multiple ways on how to do it, as I already described in some of the answers. However I prefer the way I've shown, simply because you don't have to engage any gear while doing the adjustments. So it's more safe because you're not going to move your car by accident, while taking time to find the best possible adjustment.
I'm just bought my second mercedes benz. My first one was a 2011 e350 and now I have a 2016 s550 . These videos really have been a big blessing

@@xletof8746 I bought mines for 37,000 . I have my Mercedes-Benz specialist check it out of course. Few cosmetic flaws. But that is something that I can fix on my own but very worth it

Rescue assist can also be found on the driver side b pillar where the vin or tire information go in some models
I don't think firefighters will scan that code, get the information and start cutting body panels. They will cut right away.
Jason Barnes they have to so they know not to cut into batteries etc when they gotta cut something besides a door...

First I would like to say that this Guy is AWESOME!! I've learned so much from him by watching his videos. Mercedes's should pay him! ANY my wife had a Dead battery in her new car a local tow service came out to jump her off
The Tech connected the cables and attempted to start the vehicle but it still would not start, after about and hour and a half after the tech accidentally found a trick that Mercedes apparently doesn't want you to know. He pulled the Park Brake released and pushed the start button at the same time Whalla! it started!!!
I say that Mercedes does't want to share this with us is because I have searched the web and the manuals and have not seen this anywhere!!

I have a 2016 C300 without sensors on door handles making it nerve wracking that I have no contactless entry. . Any suggestions?
Keyless entry is not a safety feature but a convenience. However, you can still lock/unlock using your remote, which is contactless by itself.

Thank you so much for all you have done to help. I love these helpful videos, just wish I could remember it all. I have a 2012 E-350 sedan, this is my third Mercedes. I do hope they don't stray too far from what MB has always been and not end up looking like a Camry. I wouldn't mind if they went back to the more square body style.
MB best exterior designs were back in 90's in my opinion.

I have a question about my break hold option on my c250 stopped working how can I reset it?
Brake HOLD can not be reset. Once you stop the car, press the brake pedal harder than normal until you see HOLD on your display. If not working, you need to bring it to a shop for diagnostics.
very helpful, do you have any info. on adblue problems? Can't get the warning light off, am told it is an ad blue problem.
What kind of light?
@@MBZMaster The orange engine light, next to the seat belt light( shape of an engine) am told it is ad blue related problem.
@@jodauth3319 Check engine light can be many different problems. But sometimes it can be due to such a simple thing as a loose fuel cap. But you need to perform diagnostics to pinpoint the problem correctly.

Love your videos! I have question: I just got new tires from Costco. Is there some secret way of setting a reminder in the ServAssist system so that when the odometer hits the mileage, it tells you that it's time to rotate the tires? Thanks. LG
Not all models you can rotate tires. Most of the time, rear tires are wider and different size than front tires, so make sure to check the size before you do any rotation.

2018 GLC required Smartphone integration installed - Code 868. If you don't have this code in your car - then you don't have smartphone integration. I don't think you can add it, but you can call your local MB Dealership service department and ask them if it's possible now.

Hello I'm brand new to your channel but I am not sure if many of these features will actually work on my brand new 2022 W-223 Maybach S 680 V12 S Class because I do not have the rotary dial for my infotainment system, however the windshield wiper trick and maybe the QR code on the fuel door will probably work. Also do you have any tip's and tricks for the new W-223 Maybach S class by any chance if so thanks in advance?

What should I do about the light that says " Collision Prevention Assist Plus Inoperative?" I would appreciate your help in this regard. My car is a 2015, CAL 250 Mercedes Benz
"CPA+" can stop the car by itself, if it sees that you about to hit the car in front of you, even if you don't touch the brake pedal. So there may be a few different problems like obstructed, damaged, or dirty front bumper radar sensors. Inspect/clean the front bumper and check inside for dirt/debris. Replace if damaged. Also can be the low batteries. Charge/replace if necessary both batteries. Can be electrical wiring, or sometimes the car needs a software update, which fixes a lot of bugs. If nothing helps, do simple diagnostics at any MB dealership service department. Let me know if it helped.

Should be on the right side, usually in yellow color. But you don't need to check it because it has an electronic self measurement. So, if the oil goes low, the car will send you a message in the Instrument Cluster. Something like "Please add a quart of oil."

There is a button with an arrow pointing up to raise your car. But don't use it while driving, only if you get stuck or need to go over a big bump temporarily.

I am struggling to change the navigation car icon position of my 2014 E350 to point upward. As of now it is pointing to the compass direction. I want it to point upward. I found some videos using options menu then Map Orientation but I don’t have option menu in my Navigation and nothing about Map Orientation. I have GUIDE instead of OPTIONS. I don’t know if that due to a need for updating the system or something else. Appreciate any help.

@@MBZMaster Thanks for sharing your tips. I have a question for you. On my 2012 E550 I have a “ blind spot notification not working “ . I know it is a bit hard to diagnose an issue via text but I will ask anyway. Do you have any easy fix or idea what might cause this? Of course this happened shortly after the extended warranty I purchased for $3800.00 expired.
Most likely the sensors are dirty or damaged. Need to have a diagnostics. Sensors are inside the rear bumper and may corrode, especially on almost 10 year old vehicle.
I knew one. Regarding the scan on the fuel cap, is there a certain app to get to be able to read the scan? thanks
Any QR Code Reader should be able to pull the link, where you have to go to get the data.
