Traditional Fenugreek Salt/Sweet Pudding (Vendaya Kali)

This is a very traditional dish from my grandma's time. We have been making this dish for the past 3 generations! Vendaya Kali is very good for stomach ulcers, pregnant ladies & teenage girls. Both the Salt & Sweet versions are not bitter at all. My choice is the Sweet Kali with ghee but definitely try them both...you're bound to love it.
