Hi Mam, thanks for the feedback, it means a lot, I set the yogurt from culture, I usually boil the milk and let it cool,(not fully), milk should be bit warmer than Luke warm, add 2 TSP culture ( for 200 ml milk) and close the lid tightly, wrap this vessel with thick towel and keep it the boiler room for 14 to 15 hrs Good luck😊 I live in Leicester
