Price increases aren’t going to bring people back either. Starbucks is already a “premium” tier brand for what it is. They need to move down to DD level or closures are heading their way.

In other words Starbucks are mostly in locations where there is no one competing in that price range. This in turn makes them $2-$4 higher than other chains around them. They need to limit the menu for speed issues, get back to basics, and put their product at a competitive price.
