If you can run a country, you can run a business. Good luck, Justin Trudeau.
😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
nahhhhh you right lmao 😂😂
😂
Dumb 😂he is not
2 meetings and lunch. 20 million salary. Pretty sick.
Not just that, his executive assistant would have prepeared everything in those meetings and also all materials. The CEO just has to show up xD.
I admit, I admire him for mentioning his assistant though, CEOs typically never do.
Yeah lol
I mean at big companies a CEO is not paid to “grind”. he’s paid to be right on the big picture decisions, which are the most important ones.
Its called critical business decision making . That’s what’s he get paid for .
@@vv-cv6ud like I said, pretty sick.
the first company to replace CEO with AI is going to save and make so much money, the guy is great, but all CEOs are overpaid by 1000x, 20 lifetime incomes per year, ridiculous
Best business advice I ever received: don’t be afraid to ask for more chicken.
“We make these big burritos” … no, you used to
FR
This past weekend I had a hard time getting them to put more than a drip (yes, a drip) of salsa on my burrito. I was like..."can you pour the ladle on?" and the guy just did another drip and looked at me like 'is that enough?'. If you get a bowl you get WAY more food than if you order the burrito.
Obesity in the US is a pandemic, lives are saved with smaller portions. More so US food is not fit for purpose in Europe.
@@rickyraja88 ?
Dead ass
Those meetings sound pretty chill compared to the grind of actually working at Chipotle
Chipotles food quality gone down drastically
why do customers continue eating there?
@@manonamission2000 Because they think it's healthy! Or at least healthier than other fast food restaurants. 🤣
@@chuckdawit I like it because of the taste, something about it just tastes impeccable to me. It's not the quality difference I care about and Ik that it's barely not fast food. It's too portion sizes that set me off
@@Voicemonger If you look at the ingredients, you'll see there are just as many additives as any other fast food chain. That's why you like the taste.
lol, no one cares abt your faux opinion

Worked under Steve Ells as CEO at chipotle as a young guy, and i must say its was a great learning experience. Agree i dont think customers really get to take in just the level of detail he put in the business and its culture when he was building it.
Because hes a culinary chef by training, he put a lot of the spirit of that into the culture. They have a strong value of doing the right thing and the concept of integrity.
This guy is the reason i stopped eating at Chipotle(smaller portions, colder food).
+ increase price too.
Facts!
He’s also the reason chipotle is as strong of a franchise they are right now
Dudes the real deal
This guy stinks
Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Are we trying to make CEOs likeable and relatable now? 😂
For safety reasons, Starbuck's baristas ordered to allow 2.5" for cream on all coffees starting September 1st.
How many “ for coffee?
another words, less coffee per cup
"For safety reasons" Yeah that's why
NOT for safety reasons . FOR MORE gouching the customers , MORE MONEY for CEOs. In fact millions and millions more for those POOR😢 CEOs
Just REPULSIVE.
GREED GREED GREED
Starbucks hired this dude from this video!
Finally, someone who doesn’t wake up at an ungodly hour. 5:45-6am is normal, 4am is NOT
Exactly it’s about how you execute your day with the time you have. You can wake up even at 7 and kill it as a worker. 5 AM is kinda crazy and some people may even be wasting that 2 hour window 🤷🏾♂️
Probably one of the reasons why he looks so good at 50, also money lol.

@@LicoInvestments How are you saying his opinion sounds like an ad when he is literally just saying he didn't see a decrease? Like, what?
@@cardion411 because he made FIVE consecutive positive statements for $CMG. all positive, and i said "sounds like...". i know what i said. if you ever listen to or read earnings reports that companies release, his comment reads like a forward-looking statement. for all you know he's a manager or investor who's trying to boost the positive outlook across media for his company. otherwise, i don't see how he has any way to benefit from his comments. i never talk that positively about some random company on the internet unless i actually OWN the company or have some sort of inside interest in the company itself (not that his way of talking about it would actually have benefited $CMG in an way).
From $10K to $25k that's the minimum range of profit return every week I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family
I'm celebrating a $30k stock portfolio today. started this journey with 6k,I have invested on time and also with the right terms now.
Damn that's huge, how do you make that much weekly? I'm 37 and have been looking for ways to be successful, please how??
Oh, yeah. That was possible with the help of my Guru expert, Jenifer Spencer
That's great!!. I don't know anything about investing and I intend to start. What are your strategies?
The best strategy is starting with a professional coach, as a beginner who knows little or nothing in the crypto market to avoid losing out.
I don’t and never did go to chipotle’s or Starburcks or took my kids. I supported my local “mom and pop” joins. Where I know the food and prices are fair and the profits are for a small business owner trying to make it.
Nobody asked though.
@@Polimuni THAT PART!
That sounds great. Do those local places put out a consistent product time after time? Do they have apps to expedite pickup?

@Rudzani that another issue with America. People who don't work 12 hours are labeled lazy. Here in Germany people who work that much are inefficient and slow. I get stuff done in 8 hours where others need 16. I have a high productivity

Starbucks is trying to cut corners with this hire.
He had a killer run at chipotle, what are you talking about?
Did you not see the rise in Chipotle share price?
Couldn’t say it better
That only happened cos this guy cut portion sizes and increased the price.
Now his dipping before it bites him on the ass.
You gotta be stupid if you can't see that.
I don’t think the OP is saying it will be bad for Starbucks’ bottom line, but that it will end up squeezing an already squeezed consumer.
He will now employ the same strategy at Starbucks. Reduce the portion size and raise the prices.
Lol the burrito was rolled wrong at the end
This sounds like the easiest life ever of any CEO. As a CEO myself, I wish I could work 4 hours a day
All these can be total BS .. when it’s sounding not real it’s not real
I can help you achieve this!
I am a manager, not CEO, and my hours of work easily double this guy’s.

he is right, rolling a good burrito is an art form..
Seed oils are SO bad for you. He could have gotten rid of seed oils but chose profits over health.
He said he leaves by 6-630. Didn't the last CEO get flack for that? LOL
Not if you're Brian Niccol. If you can bring Starbucks share prices up to 200-300 dollars over the next two years as per his track record, you can work from anywhere and even leave office at 4pm. His job is to make accurate business decisions to deliver growth. I think he will succeed.
The issue isn't when you leave but the results. No one cares if the big man leaves his office at 1:00pm, as long as the shareholders are smiling every quarter then you can do yoga in office all day long.
Fully strategic and creative role. It’s amazing
My town just got a Starbucks a few months ago. I was excited!!!! Love Starbucks!!! Well the excitement lasted until I went in and had to wait 39 minutes for 2 coffees!!! I have not been back and that was in May.

Hahahahaha your an idiot or a bot. Starbucks is thankfully gonna tank because of this guy. His trick is reduce portion sizes and increase price.
That's what he did at Chipotle and that's what's going to happen at starbucks, the only thing is starbucks has shit portions anyway. Hahahaha
Change the title to : Super privileged wealthy CEO goes to work in Newport Beach

right the old less portion higher price trick
That’s called 1% off the American dream
he’s trying so hard to be relatable but it’s not working
They hired the guy from the dirty place that’s been making people sick for the last 10 years? WTF
In Any Business You Should Always Ask Questions
In for a longer commute now. CEO perks foster work ethic, that's for sure!
We all know that after that coffee in the morning there is a step in the routine he didnt mention😅

Conclusion
1. Be fit
2. Eat right.
3. Rest well.
4. Don't be afraid to ask questions
starbuck's market value went up 20B since announced hiring of this guy, that's a win.
For the shareholders probably, not the customers.
This guy makes me feel like I’m not underperforming 😂
How does one get into the 'POOL' of CEOs in the US?
Sorry to all the Starbucks employees
Must’ve done something right chipotle stock went insanely high
Are they now only going to fill up the cups halfway? Got to keep a legacy going right man?
I stopped going to Chipotle few years ago when they couldn't get the brown rice right. When talking to a couple of Chipotle managers, they always said "brown rice is crunchy". I should have told them to ask the Pei Wei cooks how to do it since they always cook it perfectly.
Shouldn't eat brown rice, much worse for you than white.
So he works 9-6? Makes me wonder if he's genuine.
Seems like a good guy!! Far better than most greed ridden CEOs
His buttlickers and bots are at it I see 😂😂😂
i swear they make these CEO guys in a lab or some shit
Wonder if they skimp on his portions like they do regular customers ?
You don't know the difference between an expresso and an americano! Good luck Starbucks
Good balance & process for being a CEO & familyman.
This guy is like a robot, I bet half of what he says is true. Bro probably has a private chef and trainer for everything
What a clown. So pessimistic on Starbucks as a consumer with him at the helm
Dudes never been to a Chipotle in his life
I made my first 4 investments about 4 yrs ago and Chipotle and Starbucks were my immediate first two choices… PLS bro Save my beloved Starbucks (after 3 price hikes in 2 yrs from my beloved $3.65 Trenta black iced tea daily to now $4.95 NO more of that madness for water w a tea bag)!!
Chipotle quality has been down. Now starbucks. My wife will be pissed once the Pumpkin spice drinks tastes watered down
Imagine if this guy implemented a subway style section to the Starbucks menus ….BuckSubs 🌯 😋 ….edit they better pay me if that actually happens 😂
Sure. 12$ should do it.
Shares of Chipotle gained almost 800% during his tenure.
Enough said.
How did he do that
Misleading tile. Who care what coffee you personally like? What problem you can solve for Starbucks? Delivery the results
Wasn't this the guy who decreased portion sizes in Chipotle, which caused customers to stop buying there?
I deleted my app months ago and have not been to chipotle since. The portion sizes got insulting.
dude probably ate once at chipotle during his time as CEO, otherwise he would know there is too much sodium.
Dang, even a CEO's wife doesn't make dinner for him.
They are charging a dollar for tap water at Starbucks now

Change strategies or CEOs or get your pricing in order - the choice is clear for Moonbucks .
this guy is quite charming.
This man is not real. He is the AI generated Chipotle CEO
Fairly normcore routine for a CEO
This guy gonna make 115M at Starbucks. Sick
The planet could use a CEO who does not travel by air every day. He should be ashamed of himself.
He makes his own coffee! He's not a coffee shop guy
Bro looks like Justin Trudeau ordered from Temu 😂😂
Even CEO's have no loyalty to their companies. So many jump ship when the opportunity arises. I don't understand why a CEO like him who enjoys their job and does a great job, moves on, often with no notice. And they leave with a wonderful severance package and signing bonus at the next company. It doesn't show a good example for the junior employees.
