An introduction to modeling Population change with Differential Equations. We study the concept of rate of change being proportional to the population.
I will pay you an entire year of college tuition fees if you do a linear algebra course
3blue1brown has a great linear algebra course. It doesn't cover everything, but it is simply splendid.
Hassan Tahan yeah that series is essential I agree. But I’d like to watch a full series on linear algebra 2 ie Jordan Norms/ single value decomp
Linear algebra - Yes please!
Go for gilbert strange lectures
Sir please make videos on fourier series.
You're awesome
I just wanted to come to your newest video to tell you that I confidently CONFIDENTLY walked out of my Calc 2 test today!! ALL THANKS TO YOU! Thank you so much!!!!
Awesome!!! Let me know how you did
Love u Sir from India
OT: Are La Place Transforms taught as part of differential equations courses?
*LINEAR ALGEBRA PLEASE*
Videos of yours are the only things that make me like math. U are really best math teacher in the world i can say.thank u so much..
Prof Leonard I find no words to thank you enough Sir. Your videos are best. I was wondering if are going to add laplace transforms, Series solutions, Bessel functions etc. Once again thank you Sir.
I will be very thorough :) It will take time though.
When do you think you will be adding them sir?@@ProfessorLeonard
Leo....This is heaven created by you....thank you....
this might sound dumb, but how would you be able to find how many bunnies after 20 years?
I just finished your Calc videos 10 minutes ago... I just want to say thank u❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
In the first example, how about initial population of 1 instead of zero! It takes 2 squirrels to make one, right?!
Prof Leonard, would we just change the domain and say Population at time equals zero has to be at least equal to or greater than 2? Or can we somehow work this in the equation?
Good day Prof. I am very grateful for your lecture but I have a case at hand and it seems a bit different from this example and vague. I want to estimate the population of my city in 2050.
I love your videos. You got me all the way from pre-calculus algebra through calculus II and halfway into differential equations. But in this video, you started losing me at about the 24:15 mark. I'm not sure how you got to 15.
I suppose that after the bunny population has exploded, the problem will transcend to a logistic situation, since the population is finally going to decline despite the increase of births due to the forthcoming lack of food.
"I don't know anything that looks like that, that's because that's exactly what this is." Proffesor Leonard is honestly the best lmao
Sir your explainations are the best. Can i expect john elia explainations any time soon?
Awesome Stuff!!! The way the examples are broken down is very impressive.
Linear algebra
What is the population after 20 years?
:)))
Thanks a million.
GOAT
thanks sir
You're amazing
is this class almost at the end?
No, not even close
Love u sir from🇵🇰🇵🇰
please make a linear algebra series
