Made these last night and it was GREAT! I used club soda instead of water and I only had the fries in the freezer for maybe 20 min and they still came out SO GOOD!
I find you can make bigger batches that dont stick if you just put the basket in & put the fries straight into the oil, they start frying before they can stick to something else, hope this helps!
RECIPE HACK!! If you buy frozen french fries from the grocery store, you can skip everything and go straight to putting the batter on them and frying. Since they're already frozen and were fried before shipping to stores ;)
Everything I've cooked in this unit has come out great th-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB ! Everything tastes so good. Some of the recipes I've changed a little to improve the taste. For instance, for french fries which call for no oil, I spray them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. They come out great! It makes the best toast I have ever eaten. The recipe I use calls for lightly buttering both sides of the bread. It calls for cooking at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side. This time has a lot to do with the kind of bread you are using...so keep an eye on it. Also, the fans in this Ninja are a lot stronger than other air fryers. So lay a metal spoon or something on the bread to keep it from flying around. It's a little extra work to use your Ninja as a toaster but it is worth it!
Here is a tip so the fries don't stick together. I've worked In restaurants making fries. Put all the fries in the basket, put the basket in the oil. What you do is, several times, while the fries are cooking, pull the basket out of the oil and give the basket a good vigorous shake back and forth ten times or so. Do it several times while they are cooking. This way, the fries won't stick together.
I came to the right place, this is just what I needed. Now all I have to do is figure out how, when their already "Seasoned" to freeze them and cook them later like the pre - packaged Rally's Seasoned Fries.
Love it’s so good thanks for sharing your amazing recipe btw I suck at cooking so this helped a lot I will be using it often and it hit the spot there amazing thanks sooo much
Looks so good! I will definitely try your recipe of these delicious looking French fries 🍟! All of your recipes I have tried, have been right on. You’re a great chef! Thank you & God bless you!!

I used to think that crinkle cut fries were the worst. Then i tried those nasty rally fries.they tasted horrible going down and probably 10 times worse coming back up. Never again will i eat that crap. Tasted like they use that lemon pepper crap. Yours look very good tho. Good job!!!
You can buy a big bag of rally fries for cheap from grocery stores and jus drop em in a fryer and boom perfect fries way better than the hard crunchy plain ones rallys make themselves they leave em in the fryer 2 long that's wat it be looking lik
@@IslandVibeCooking I did ! I’m more of a Hispanic cook but I’ve been making a lot of the recipes and they come out amazing I just feel like for the fries I should’ve left them in the sauce for longer so Flavor would’ve stayed on there the taste was there but not fully
Is this similar to how you would make Popeye's Cajun Fries? Everyone is looking for a copycat of Popeye's Cajun Fries. If you know how to do that, then I bet you'd get a lot of views.

I’m a kid and I made it for my family, it was amazing! I do have a suggestion though, after frying the second round you should add a tbs of sugar..
