I rarely comment but I needed to tell you that this meditation has helped me tremendously. I was able to forgive myself and really let go of the pain I was unconsciously holding onto. I really need this, I’ve suffered so much as a little girl and as a teen. I was a quiet girl and everyone picked on me. I was sexually assaulted twice one when I was 4 and one when I was 13 all that went through my head was that it was my fault. I never told anyone until last year this really helped I’ve never cried so much I only counted on my grandfather but he passed away four years ago I never got to say goodbye. So thank you for this video I feel at ease and seeing my future self made me even more happy now I’m 25 . Thank you!!

@@JoeTreacy it really did! It helped me reconnect to both my inner child and past self, interestingly. Over the last few years I felt more internally lost and realized my inner child felt abandoned or “left to my own devices”. It was difficult to tap into whatever made/makes me happy and feel secure. However, your guided hypnosis was immensely profound and impactful! Not only did it help me access beautiful, long-forgotten memories with a loved one, it also helped me see where I’ve once felt at peace and without fear. Currently, I’m planning to take a trip over there one of these days since it’s been almost two decades since my last visit 😯 For helping me unearth a part of myself, I’m eternally grateful 💙 the video also uncovered engrained thought systems that held me back. Truly a powerful meditation; it had me crying, purging, healing, and feeling love. Thank you Joe 🙏

I always wake up like in the past and see my future self. I want to myself maybe stuff for me and got back where I was in the past because that William best friend was Chris California. His age was 12 years old. He has a family he always wanted me, in the past to wish remember what I was in that moment
