- This hypnosis audio or guided meditation has multiple purposes: 1. It will help you with releasing your past and help you integrate your shadow self by doing shadow work. 2. It will help you tame your conscious mind. 3. It will also help you connect to your higher mind or higher self. 4. It will also help you to align or connect and integrate the 3 minds: Conscious, Subconscious and Superconscious mind.
This guided meditation or hypnosis audio includes the metaphor of a pyramid where the bottom chamber will be the subconscious mind, the 2nd chamber will be the conscious mind and the highest chamber will be the superconscious mind. This meditation audio will also include a Egyptian pharaoh who will be kind of the middle man who will help you with the shadow work and activating your higher mind.
In addition, this meditation will take advantage of the full stereo field so I would highly recommend using headphones with it so you can get the full experience especially at the end where the Pharaoh will be helping you connect to your higher mind with a "Ney flute" which will be heard in multiple ways to deepen your relaxation and connection.

Hi Joe, It was wonderful. I loved all the music except the A flute. It didnt blend with the other music and it kept reminding me of a snake charmer which was very distracting. On the 3rd level i needed more time with the obstacles before going higher. I was feeling fear from a past memory and couldn't overcome it. In all though I went very deep and yours is my go to voice for hypnosis. Soft and gentle works everytime getting me into deep trance. Thank you again. 👼

A video of yours I listened to last night astral projection !! was amazing my dreams omg... and I felt someone my squeezing my crown..of my head.. seriously then after or before this I... jumped falling into sleep when i dreamed that I bumped my head on a low cottage ceiling beam which was so lucid...

Oh this is such an amazing idea Joe... I feel that doing shadow work is an amazing thing for everyone... I just came out of a dark night shadow work myself that lasted about a year and a half but let me tell you it was worth it... I’m not sure what I experienced but it was magical, every time I asked questions to my higher self I was shown a strong beam of golden light flashing on my eyes. Haven’t experienced anything like this before, hoping it was a sign that help is near and I am on right path. Thank you so much for your guidance!

I remembered the funerals of my grandfather and the birth of my shadow self after his light left his body.
Despite being my shadow it held the strongest light and love for me.
I am finally reunited with it.
That was absolutely amazing almost immediately into the hypnosis I popped and started vibrating and I vibrated all the way from my toes all the way to my fingertips all the way to my eyes to the back of my head to my top of my head to my throat and back down and forth and it is an hour later right now and still feel the vibrating in my heart that was powerful very powerful thank you so much I don't know how I found this meditation but that was Profound an extremely to the point and powerful !! ✴️💫

Great! The shadows work brought somes issues of past lives also. At the end pharaoh an I became light spinning around the crystal chamber and sent out trough the top of the pyramid ending spinning around the galaxy but with a conscious location at the Orion's arm...

This was an extremely similar sensation to DMT, not surprising, really.
If Joe would slow down, I’d be the biggest fan. That’s almost always the biggest issue & using TH-cams speed playback feature just makes the narrator sound like a robot & very “tinny”. 😞
Really wanted to try this but the music was too much and coukdnt hear your voice very well. It's hard for partially deaf people to distinguish. I never have trouble with your meditations usually.
How do you create the images in the videos?
I seem to sleep through these, I recall very little of the journey. Is this normal, maybe I should sit up more ?
why towards the end before they connected i felt three seperate bubbles then it joined into one and the i kept feeling something touch my spine not on it but next to it and climbing up and then something held my hand aswel and then kept seeing images and more images it was weird first time something like that has ever happened to me before
I have never been able to see anything clear in a meditation I try but jus swirls of varied colours an 2 tiny dots that move across following my eyes movements. An I find it hard to see what the voice says cause it distracts me lol I'm a odd 1..

Why not listen when driving ??
It didnt worked for me. I asked my shadow 2 questions and he was completely silent. It didnt worked at all
