Hello, Nikki. I’ve made lots of meatloaf recipes in my day, and most of them say they’re the best meatloaf you ever had. They’re wrong! THIS is the best meatloaf I’ve ever had. I did try to lighten it up by using a mixture of lean ground beef and ground turkey breast, and it still came out moist and tender. Aside from that, I followed your recipe to the letter. And yes, it was super cute! This is now my go-to meatloaf. Thank you!

I haven't made meatloaf in a hot minute..I used to use this sauce called Country Bob's, that Walmart used to carry..can't get it anymore, unless I order it online..I would mix that and zesty brown mustard in the meat and on top 😋..along with Worcestershire sauce, onions and green peppers..so bomb!..luv sent y'all's way from NC😊
What ratio of ground beef do you use ? 80%-20% - 90%-10% ? We love meatloaf and like your recipe but I always have a grease pool . Your looked moist but not drowning in the grease . What am I doing wrong ?
