Very interesting video! I did not know that Amazon had such a program as Camper Force. As a 68- yr-old person with bad knees, I wouldn’t be able to take advantage of this kind of employment. But if I were younger I would def try it. It’s really great for those younger folks who are trying to live full time RV life or nomad lifestyle.

Thanks for watching! Amazon can get a bad rap sometimes, but it really can be a great gig for full time RVers looking to make a quick buck in a short period of time. 👍🏼

Great video editing! Amazing all the work you put into it! Love the music when you were walking in and out of your workplace. That music went perfectly with a bouncing up and down. Got a giggle out of that.

Interesting video with more information on Amazon Camperforce than I've seen elsewhere. Thanks for being so helpful. I've been considering doing this. You didn't mention how long you have to stand in one spot, or pick, in a shift before being given a break. You did mention a 30minute lunch break. I would love to know what would an actual shift schedule would look like...clock in, daily briefing, work shift, break, 2nd work shift etc. How does it actually work in real time and why do so many people say it is physically very demanding? Are you actually standing in one spot for 10 hours at a time before you get a break? Or are you standing for a total of 10 hours with breaks in between? Thanks!

Great video and very informative! Amazon Camperforce has gone downhill. The season is longer so you can’t do both the Beet Harvest and Amazon, which a lot of work campers do. They don’t book and provide a free campsite for you either. Instead you are given $120-140/mo (depends on location) towards a site, that you have to find yourself. A lot of Camperforce people are having trouble finding a site now and have to pay out of pocket to make up the cost difference. The weekly stipend is also taxable.
For these reasons alone l would pass on Amazon.
Working for just Full Hook Ups is a dealbreaker too. I can camp for free in most places. If it’s a few days a week l can see it but a lot of places expect their work campers to work a 40 hour week for a site! When are you supposed to get out and explore?
I work camped for 3 years and found that working 40-45 hours a week severely limited what l could do and having to find another job every 4-6 months gets tedious. I’m waiting to retire and want to do it part time or something like the beet harvest, which is only a few weeks.

CamperForce has made a lot of changes that don't work in the campers’ favor. But Amazon does make changes to its program fairly quickly, hopefully they will make some much-needed changes soon. Also, we have found working with Vista Recreation, that we can work for a decent wage and see the sites. It all depends on your employer. Thanks for watching. 👍🏼

We were issued W2s, unfortunately Amazon isn’t participating in this program any longer. 😔

$15 plus an hour and campsite pay aren't that bad.
