    dude I did mua y thai for a few years and had a few amature fights. I never relied on the teep because I couldn't seem to generate the force of the distance needed. would you believe that no-one ever told me to pivot on my rear leg? just watching this, i went and practiced it about 50x per leg....that makes a huge difference!

    How do you throw a knee without getting countered with a overhand right. from the outside. I can understand knees in the clinch but from the outside they are less effective.

    If he sticks you with that teep, fake that right hand and snatch that leg and sweep him. That will make him hesitate to throw it.
