Caramelo
1 1/2 xícaras de açúcar granulado
(quando o açúcar estiver caramelizado, adicione água)
1/2 xícara de água (aos poucos)
Pudim
500ml de leite condensado
1 litro de leite
8 ovos (misture antes de adicionar à mistura)
Bandeja de água fervente para colocar a panela com o pudim flan no forno
Levvar ou a 400F por 60 minutos
