The Pathless Path has stuck out to me as something I need to add to my TBR shelf. I have been feeling lost for so many years. I want to create. I feel trapped choosing a niche and struggle to figure out what I am truly passionate about because I get so excited about everything! I hope to get a copy when I can! Thanks for sharing this list. Thanks, Ali, right now I am reading the Deep Work and so far I'm loving it. Especially now I am kind of in need of deep focus in order to score high on my paper. I gotta say, it's really challenging to isolate yourself from technology and social media but I am working on it.
There is an extraordinary book called "Hello World" by Hannah Fry. I love this book a lot since this book helps you understand how Machine Learning is applied in our world and gives you different perspectives about different companies, human values, and tech. You don't need a lot of knowledge about programming and code to read this book.

A couple more books I'd recommend are:
1. 'The Six Thinking Hats' by Edward de Bono - This is about a better way of thinking and collaborating rather than the traditional 'open discussion' type meetings.
2. 'Chapter One' Daniel Flynn - This is about an Australian Social Enterprise started by university students, with their goal to make affordable everyday products, while taking 100% of their profits to fund solutions to different problems in under-developed countries (i.e. clean water, sanitation). It's mainly more about the first part of their journey and what difficulties they faced growing the company.
3. 'What I didn't learn at Harvard' by Rob Rendenbach - This is more of a storey/narrative type book about a guy who moved to many different countries, teaching an unarmed combat course. It's more about how he took advice from others and how he could interpret things differently than what gets taught at school.
Hopefully, these are some good ones. I saw you had 'Start With Why' by Simon Sinek, and I would definitely recommend you read it. It shows how if you follow the key reason for your business to exist, you can make the right decisions and lead people to join your cause/movement, and how it will lead to loyal customers, rather than 'one-offs'.

My book recommendations:
*-Homo Sapiens: a brief history of human kind.* Reason: if you want to understand the world in a broad perspective, you need to read this.
*-Atomic habits.* Reason: Good and well-written self-help book that contain tips that actually works.
*-Crime and punishment.* Reason: A classic and one of the most well-written books out there, atleast in my opinion.
*-The LOTR-series.* Reason: Will make you fall in love with fantasy, J.R.R Tolkien have put a lot of effort into the world-building.
*-The Witcher series.* Reason: not as much world-building compared to LOTR, but man... the dialogues in this series are uncomparable to any other; they are witful, insightful and most importantly: they feel genuine. Dialogues in fantasy books tend to feel artificial, you won't get that impression while reading this series.
*-1984.* Reason: must-read.

Will - By Mark Manson is also a good one. It follows Will Smith's life from childhood to stardom. It's my most recent good read. Otherwise, i have added over +93 books to my Goodreads tbr from here! That's a lifetime of books to read! 🙂

By the way do you happen to use an ebook reader? I've been thinking about getting one, but I don't know which one to pick because I also read a lot of scientific papers which are mostly only available as a pdf. Not sure how good they are for this purpose or if I should just get a regular tablet, but I think I would miss the paperlike look and the benefits that come with it

Fwiw, in Educated, Tara’s family may have been ‘Mormon’, but they were clearly so much more than that, in a not very good way, and shouldn’t be considered a representation of a typical Mormon family. I love how you included childhood favourites, like The Famous Five. I read a few of those when I was a kid too. I will revisit your list over the coming year and try a few out. Thanks, again.
