Thanks Ali! I'm 14 rn and deciding to invest all of my allowances into buying your recommended books. I have read some of these already, and I feel you're the person I can relate to most in terms of what you were doing at my age. Thanks for being such an inspiration! :DD
You can never go wrong with having a copy of twilight on the shelf 😅💜 I also have Can’t hurt me by David Goggins and Atomic Habits on my shelf and I couldn’t agree more these book have changed my life. I’ve been wanted to read 7 habits of highly effective people so I can’t wait to read ☺️💜
The Pathless Path has stuck out to me as something I need to add to my TBR shelf. I have been feeling lost for so many years. I want to create. I feel trapped choosing a niche and struggle to figure out what I am truly passionate about because I get so excited about everything! I hope to get a copy when I can! Thanks for sharing this list. It makes me feel more confident that there is an interest for book clubs!
Thank you, Ali. You're such an inspiration. 🍀 Unfortunately, a couple of the last books you recommended in the video aren't in your comment. So I listed them down below: - What’s your story? - Margot Leitman - Story worthy - Mathew Dicks - The Monk Man & Seagull Quiz Book - Bobby Seagull - Radical - Ricardo Semler - Draft No. 4 - John McPhee - The Checklist Manifesto - Atul Gwande - Educated - Tara Westover - Elon Musk - Ashlee Vance - Firmament - Simon Clark

Im used to watching videos at 2x speed but Ali’s already at 10x so 😂. Anyways, im a recent subscriber. I just have to, your videos are great! Great content. I couldn’t say that Ive already watched this or that cause your ideas are always new at least to me. Thank you so much Ali!
I'm only 20 minutes in but this is SO good. Inspiring, informative. Really helps me design a reading list that serves me well; helps me understand what books to read when and why. Either the whole book or a summary.
My book recommendations: *-Homo Sapiens: a brief history of human kind.* Reason: if you want to understand the world in a broad perspective, you need to read this. *-Atomic habits.* Reason: Good and well-written self-help book that contain tips that actually works. *-Crime and punishment.* Reason: A classic and one of the most well-written books out there, atleast in my opinion. *-The LOTR-series.* Reason: Will make you fall in love with fantasy, J.R.R Tolkien have put a lot of effort into the world-building. *-The Witcher series.* Reason: not as much world-building compared to LOTR, but man... the dialogues in this series are uncomparable to any other; they are witful, insightful and most importantly: they feel genuine. Dialogues in fantasy books tend to feel artificial, you won't get that impression while reading this series. *-1984.* Reason: must-read.
I was so excited when I read the title of this video! Some of my favourite books of all time were introduced to me by you and now I have another reading list…! Honestly Ali, you give the best book recommendations. Loved the video 🤩🍀
Ali's a super smart guy. It is amazing how fast he talks and types. The ideas and the concepts run through his mind very fast. He is fortunate he has the ability to communicate what he is thinking.
I just wanted to start reading books but the internet is full of so much recommendations that I could not filter out what books to learn in the first place. So thank you ali for making it easier for me. 🍀 And you know what your videos just create a hook so always love your content and always be thankful for you
Thanks, Ali, right now I am reading the Deep Work and so far I'm loving it. Especially now I am kind of in need of deep focus in order to score high on my paper. I gotta say, it's really challenging to isolate yourself from technology and social media but I am working on it. There is an extraordinary book called "Hello World" by Hannah Fry. I love this book a lot since this book helps you understand how Machine Learning is applied in our world and gives you different perspectives about different companies, human values, and tech. You don't need a lot of knowledge about programming and code to read this book.
Deep work was such an important book for me, having ideas is great but being able to focus on the ideas and bring them to life within deep work is the key! sick video as per Mr Wasteman
Thanks so much Ali for the new video! I am honestly grateful for you as you are one of a kind and you motivated me to dive in the world of books, I’ve recently finished reading some books and I have to tell you it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Also your summaries of the book is very intriguing. 🍀 looking forward to new contents!
🍀 great book recommendations! Thanks for taking the time to give us a brief description of what these books are about and for also admiting when you have not read the book and it’s on your TBR.
🍀 Great list of books, I would humbly recommend the code of the extraordinary mind by Vishen Lakhiani, anything by Dave Asprey and I much preferred Tiny Habits by BJ Fog to Atomic Habits. Keep up the great content Ali!
Just left the book store an hour and a half ago and googled “Ali Abdaal books”while I was there trying to get some ideas. You release this video 30 min later 🤦🏾♂️ 😂
Will - By Mark Manson is also a good one. It follows Will Smith's life from childhood to stardom. It's my most recent good read. Otherwise, i have added over +93 books to my Goodreads tbr from here! That's a lifetime of books to read! 🙂
By the way do you happen to use an ebook reader? I've been thinking about getting one, but I don't know which one to pick because I also read a lot of scientific papers which are mostly only available as a pdf. Not sure how good they are for this purpose or if I should just get a regular tablet, but I think I would miss the paperlike look and the benefits that come with it
Why too many Self-Help books? Read some practical business books. I’m currently about 80% through "Playbook to Millions by Grant Cardone", and 35% through "How To Get Filthy Rich In Rising Asia".
Hi, Ali ! fantastic, extraordinary list. But it’s missing about one book- "KAYAN KOLLYN- The spiral of the Ellmott & messenger of the secret." a great fiction of adventure, mystery, ART, CRAFFARTT, and science. once you read it, you definitely love it, because it speaks about all dimensions of life. Love your content! Thanks for the recommendations.
*I will forever be in-depted to you 😇 you've changed my life I'll continue to preach about your name for the world to hear* *you've saved me from a huge financial debt with just little investment. Thanks Mia Frank*
Good job man. You know it’s a good idle listen video when I’m making Salmon, at 1 in the morning while editing a video on my honey adventures, while job hunting, and checking the stocks. Bravo bro
🍀 Got to the end of it, took copious notes, plan on re-watching. Thank you for sharing and props to you for speaking so fast and fluently without food or water (but hopefully breaks, maybe?). Wishing everyone a productive and fulfilling 2025 🎉
Can't hurt me is an eye opener on how much we can achieve with pain, and how we long we can go on, if we come to terms with our pain. Such a great book to read/ Listen even if you won't follow his routines and lifestyle, it still gives a very interesting perspective in looking at pain and dealing with it as well.
You see videos like these are ones that can get buried due to the countless book recommendation videos. However, the way he formulated this video was so simple, sweet, and refreshing.
Thanks a lot for the quick overview. Now I have so many books on my TBR list and I am overly excited to read them all. (And also recommend some to my friends) 🍀🍀🍀

Atomic Habits
Thanks Ali! I'm 14 rn and deciding to invest all of my allowances into buying your recommended books. I have read some of these already, and I feel you're the person I can relate to most in terms of what you were doing at my age. Thanks for being such an inspiration! :DD
Keep going that is a very good age to invest in yourself and read this kind of books.
Good luck mate.
Hey man I’m 15 yo and I am in the same case as you. It is possible to talk ? I think it could be interesting
just get them for free on the Internet)
I'm 14 as well, but I'm getting them from the library and reading/watching online summaries.
I wrote every single book down and added it to my list. So pumped to get started, thank you! 🍀
Atomic habits is an absolute game changer!
Why I see u everywhere?
How you can summarize all 110 books is amazing. Thanks for that! Added a lot to my tbr. 🍀
Obviously he is getting sums up from the advertising companies man lol 🤦🏻♂️
Your inclusion of feelings on the books really helped me make a highlight list for which to read. Thanks!🍀
It makes me feel more confident that there is an interest for book clubs!
thanks Ali! got to stock up my "books to read" list 🍀🍀🍀
Thank you, Ali. You're such an inspiration. 🍀

Added a lot to my Books to Read list! Thanks a lot, Ali! 🍀
Thank you so much for this video! Very inspiring and it motivated me to finally continue/start reading the books on my bookshelf. 🍀
My book recommendations:
*-Homo Sapiens: a brief history of human kind.* Reason: if you want to understand the world in a broad perspective, you need to read this.
*-1984.* Reason: must-read.
great stuff 😆
ill check these out
I was so excited when I read the title of this video!

And you know what your videos just create a hook so always love your content and always be thankful for you
Thanks, Ali, right now I am reading the Deep Work and so far I'm loving it.
🙌
Thanks so much Ali for the new video! I am honestly grateful for you as you are one of a kind and you motivated me to dive in the world of books, I’ve recently finished reading some books and I have to tell you it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Also your summaries of the book is very intriguing. 🍀 looking forward to new contents!

🍀 great book recommendations! Thanks for taking the time to give us a brief description of what these books are about and for also admiting when you have not read the book and it’s on your TBR.
🍀 thank you so much for these recommendations! One book that completely changed my life was Who am I and if so how many by Richard David Precht!
🍀 Great list of books, I would humbly recommend the code of the extraordinary mind by Vishen Lakhiani, anything by Dave Asprey and I much preferred Tiny Habits by BJ Fog to Atomic Habits. Keep up the great content Ali!
I note down so many book after watching this video!! Thank you so much
🍀- I even wrote the list in my journal!! Thank you for this :)
Just left the book store an hour and a half ago and googled “Ali Abdaal books”while I was there trying to get some ideas. You release this video 30 min later 🤦🏾♂️ 😂

I'm trying to get back on reading books again and this video really helped me get started!🍀
i just added like 100 books to my to-read list thanks ali🍀
Will - By Mark Manson is also a good one. It follows Will Smith's life from childhood to stardom. It's my most recent good read. Otherwise, i have added over +93 books to my Goodreads tbr from here! That's a lifetime of books to read! 🙂
Thanks for the recc 👍
I didn't know that one, but I liked some other books by Mark Manson. Definetly going to give this one a try
By the way do you happen to use an ebook reader? I've been thinking about getting one, but I don't know which one to pick because I also read a lot of scientific papers which are mostly only available as a pdf. Not sure how good they are for this purpose or if I should just get a regular tablet, but I think I would miss the paperlike look and the benefits that come with it
Does it include the slap and the cuckoldry?
@@aliabdaal hi ali love all the books, what brand is your glasses?
How to expect when your expecting hmm Ali 🤣 lol keeping us on our feet eh?
Why too many Self-Help books? Read some practical business books. I’m currently about 80% through "Playbook to Millions by Grant Cardone", and 35% through "How To Get Filthy Rich In Rising Asia".
What are u thoutghs on "Playbook to Millions by Grant Cardone" ?
Well said
Love the well done camera placements and clips 🍀
Try the 'Ego is the Enemy' and 'The Obstackle is the Way'. They are a must have!
Hi, Ali !
fantastic, extraordinary list. But it’s missing about one book-
"KAYAN KOLLYN- The spiral of the Ellmott & messenger of the secret."
a great fiction of adventure, mystery, ART, CRAFFARTT, and science.
once you read it, you definitely love it, because it speaks about all dimensions of life.
Love your content!
Thanks for the recommendations.

Good job man. You know it’s a good idle listen video when I’m making Salmon, at 1 in the morning while editing a video on my honey adventures, while job hunting, and checking the stocks. Bravo bro
