    Your a beautiful humble man Lou
    I would buy your products but they are very expensive to buy from Australia

      Not appealing...I love my own gazpacho cold soup. Tomato, onion, garlic, variety of peppers, olive tapenade and oil. Any veggies you want as long as uniform dice or you can blend to drink. Delicious.

    I would add in cumin seed powder and a jalapeno pepper and leave out the nuts for a lighter soup.

      That's a fattening soup....I am sure it's good but not for someone who wants to lose weight. NOT AT ALL. Unless, you could just eat one spoon....ha, ha.

    I think to warm it up I would boil water in a pot and put the soup in one of those glass containers that goes over the pot so it's not on a direct heating element.

    Does anyone know what do do with almonds after soaked ? Can you just store them in fridge ? Cabinet ? Wouldnt they get moldy and rot ?
    How long are they good for now that they aren’t in a dormant state ?

    • @lindastangelo1636
      @lindastangelo1636 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I have stored them in the fridge for 2-3 days if I am going to use them during that time, changing the water daily. If i do too many,, I also have frozen them after sprouted, thawed them and used them.

      Hi Linda . Thanks for the response . Confused about how you said changing the water . I thought they are only in water for the first few hours of soaking , then just rinsing periodically ? Are you saying you keep them under water for days at a time ?
      Thx

    • @lindastangelo1636
      @lindastangelo1636 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Iconic3509 when I keep them in the fridge, I keep them in water. I think they last a bit longer that way.
      To sprout, I soak about 6-8 hours, pour out the water and rinse.... then I either use them immediately, or if I keep in fridge, put fresh water and store for 2-3 days as I stated earlier. If I freeze them, I don't freeze in water. I drain and put in container and freeze.

    How do you consume that much fat and salt and not experience health issues?

    • @SP-hs6bj
      @SP-hs6bj 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Because those are healthy fats. Not all fat is bad. I don’t think he used much salt.

    • @truesight91
      @truesight91 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@SP-hs6bj Yes I understand but when you consume mostly fruit and cleaner diet then introduce more fats you feel like shit. Same with salt, its not natural for us. Sodium in foods is. He uses a lot in my eyes.

      Assume you could cut back on both... I do with many recipes I come across.
