How does the bike feels under hard decelerations since you've removed the anti-hopping discs? Does the anti-hopping still works a bit or does it screams on deceleration? Thanks for your video btw.
Cluth works very well for me. I changed burned disks for new and new clutch pack with normal disk + hard springs gave me more control on the road/offroad. This is the normal way when you throw away small disk and small metal disks and install normal disk.
Like The Flying 690, I'm about to change my whole pack. Great video, I understood nothing :D but it was very clear. May I ask: the friction disc showing at 6:15 has a very small friction area, smaller than the KTM OEM. Why was that? Also, were you confident enough not to get a new gasket?
Hi! Sorry for the language. I can translate all video to English. Small friction plate and steal ring should replace to oem normal friction disk. I changed clutch gasket later.

Hello! Sorry for my russian language. In this video I inspect clutch discs. I found one bad metal disk. This means I need to replace all metal disks, because they overheated. I changed small friction disk from the top and removed two small metal pieces for one friction disk. It will be very helpful for clutch work. And I changed springs for another good springs from Russia. @@splittedbeard6697 Приветствую!!! а вы не в курсе на модели 14 года тоже есть эти лишние диски сцепления ? два маленьких железных диска я правильно понял ? и за место них поставить простые фрикционы ?? и еще вы не в курсе в Москве есть ли мастера кто за 690ый шарят желательно в электрике ? кроме официалов) у них был 2 раза не помогли....

Металлическое кольцо убирается, малый фрикцион и вместо устанавливается один нормальный фрикцион. Проверь что кольца не 2 железных. У меня было одно, но что-то писали про то, что их может быть два.
did he forget a disc a the end, hahaha one thing forever and ever, I will never use a cheap torque wrench again in my life. the one you have with 10 degree temperature difference is like 5Nm difference. just test it on an aluminum cylinder head, it works great.
Добрый! Был такой совет на форуме offroadpeople. Но могу сказать, что после проверки на husqvarna 701 это вызвало бОльшую пробуксовку. Так что лучше не убирать.
Спасибо. Я на своем Duke690 два года назад менял сцепление (проскальзывало). Сейчас спустя два года тоже-самое - если резко открутить - проскальзывает и все хуже - опять похоже погорело... Что делать в этот раз? Разобрать, отшкурить металлические диски тонкой шкуркой и собрать назад ?
Заменить диски в любом случае. Шкурить нельзя. Либо снять 2 возвратных пружины + мелкий фрикцион с тонкой пружиной поменять на обычный фрикцион, либо поменять фрикцион так же и поставить усиленные пружины из adv-shop.ru
Спасибо. И что менять все диски и металлические и фрикционные ? То есть целиком сцепление... И еще интересно - а почему нельзя шкурить металлические диски ? Вообщем у меня как я купил 690 - сплошные мучения со сцеплением. То-ли я дурак, то-ли это какое-то слабое место у них.
