When we got back to California we received a 60,000 bill. We sent it to Kaiser, they denied it cause they said that it wasn't approved. How can you fore see an emergency. He ended up with legionnaires disease. We are fighting this bill now. So i understand the mind set of what is going on with our insurance companies. We already paid for our insurance,why would it be denied. We just want pay this bill. Period. I don't feel that a life should be loss, behind this.

It is standard operating procedure at any company and would be even more so for someone who is working on legal matters. It’s not that hard to understand. Attorneys and prosecutors and anyone in business should avoid even the APPEARANCE of impropriety or conflict of interest. Also. She is under attack as well. Both can be true.
