God created all of us in HIS IMAGE, and predestined us to be adopted into his family/bride. Jesus will come back to judge the WORLD… not just Israel.
“he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will,”
      ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭1‬:‭5‬ ‭ESV‬‬
God the father predestined Jesus to be born in Bethlehem. God predestined Jesus with a calling. And don’t forget about Adam and Eve, they were created in the garden of Eden, and it says they walked with Jesus.

My mom left poison mushrooms out in a Gatorade bottle and I drank some, thinking it was a treat but immediately regretting it I started praying.
I told my mom and she said I'd die, I was so scared. But I ignored it and kept praying, I got my heart opened, instead of the devil being able to torment me, He showed me what I truly had in my heart.
I thought I couldn't forgive my mom for what she did to me as a child, God showed me the true desires I have.
I did not hate her, I loved her so much more than anyone could see. I loved Jesus, I loved God, Judas, etc. I was not created for hate there is no ability for me to hate when I'm following Him.
I was so happy that I could have so much love because I followed God. I stayed up all day and night, without even realizing and I just kept telling my family over and over about Jesus/God, and texting my husband about God and how in love I am with him, thankful we have a relationship with God, that we love Jesus etc. And then God told me, "you will live" I just knew He was keeping me safe the entire time. A little bit of faith is enough for you to hear Him.
God literally saved me. I cried in the shower, begging to let me serve Him for a little longer I just want to make a difference to someone.
I think it's beautiful that He saved some teen girl who wanted to devote her future family to Him, and tell everyone about how scared she was being in the shower begging God like a vulnerable child. (I really was) It was so amazing to know He loved me so much to tell me I will be okay.
I am so happy there's suffering, because if I didn't suffer and He didn't save me I wouldn't realize how deep His love was for me. He is so wonderful and makes the most out of it for you.

I have been asking myself what if Christianity is just another cult or religion and we’re just being brainwashed to believe in a God, but after watching, there is no doubt that Christianity is not like any other religion or cult because of the way the disciples are described and how God warns us about false prophets. I feel relieved to have had my question answered. Thank you!

it tough nowadays to find people that preach and not intimidate. I have always received biblical knowledge better when it seems more of a passive interference than a harsh and dominant one. God wants you to speak of him and praise his name, but its hard to see love in a message that is so strong; you do a wonderful job of answering questions while maintaining that calm. " learned more watching 4 episodes of Cliffe than sitting in church for 40 years".
Better late than never right! Lol. That seems like an indictment on that church you were in..and perhaps to an extent it is. That happens.
What I found to be true in my own life was that having a boatload of "answers" handed to me about God or about His bible didn't mean anything to me as long as I didn't previously have "questions" and curiosities for those answers to mesh gears with. I hope that makes sense. And I think thats kinda how it is for all of us.
Not to get too simple but its like telling someone the answer is "4" but if that person doesn't have any desire to know and or doesn't care to know what 2+2 is ..then telling me "4" is kinda meaningless.
Im guessing at some point you began to form questions about God and or His bible...maybe lots of them... and a spiritually gifted guy like Cliffe comes along and starts rattling off the answers to your subconsciously formed questions and bingo! its a MATCH!

A Barber's Story: Does God Exist?
A man went to a barber shop to have his hair and his beard cut as always. He started to have a good conversation with the barber who attended him. They talked about so many things and various subjects. Suddenly, they touched the subject of God. The barber said: "Look man, I don't believe that God exists as you say."
"Why do you say that?" asked the client.
"Well, it's so easy, you just have to go out in the street to realize that God does not exist. Oh, tell me, if God existed, would there be so many sick people? Would there be abandoned children? If God existed, there would be no suffering nor pain. I can't think of loving a God who permits all of these things."
The client stopped for a moment thinking, but he didn't want to respond as to cause an argument. The barber finished his job and the client went out of the shop. Just after he left the barber shop he saw a man in the street with a long hair and beard (it seems that it had been a long time since he had his cut and he looked so untidy).
Then the client again entered the barber shop and he said to the barber, "You know what? Barbers do not exist."
"How can you say they don't exist?" asked the barber. "Well I am here and I am a barber."
"No!" the client exclaimed. "They don't exist because if they did there would be no people with long hair and a beard like that man who walks in the street."
"Ah, barbers do exist, what happens is that people do not come to me."
"Exactly!"- affirmed the client. "That's the point. God does exist, what happens is people don't go to Him and do not look for Him. That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world."

Religion doesn't have this which is why so many people just cannot get into religion the whole thing is about belief and how they believe in something when there's no evidence to back any of this stories besides written sources from thousand's of years ago which for all we know could've been written by creative minds. We live in a world where writers have created whole worlds from Middle Earth, Star Wars Galaxy, Star Trek and it's many cultures and fictional alien religions to name a few. It's not hard to believe that many religions are just nothing more than stories. As a massive fan of religion i went to a Catholic and did really well in Religion which we had to take but i never really believed in it was far more interested in the ancient gods of the Greeks and the Romans along with the Egyptians which i found more interesting and creative and honestly more believable in some ways. Overall yeah there not really delusional some people just need a little bit more evidence to get onboard i know many people who are really into science but still believe in god of course in their own way as they also have a better understanding of science than the average believer.

My answer to the question written in the title is this. The reason why there is so much pain and suffering is because the ones experiencing the pain and suffering have rejected the only one who can heal them from both. The irony is that while pain and suffering was caused by Adam through his sin, the Messiah helps us by healing us first and then learning how to live in spite of the pain and suffering around us, and then become a witness to show others how to overcome the pain and suffering.

    @Richard-GaryButler 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Many atheists feel that because there is so much pain and suffering in the world, that this in some way gets rid of God, as if the elimination of all pain and suffering would prove the existence of God.
But for all we know, a world suffuse with pain and suffering might bring the most people into a saving relationship with God. The point is, we just do not know why God allows pain and suffering. And he is under no obligation to reveal his motives to us. However, since I believe (and many others) that God is the highest imaginable being, and all of his attributes and character can ONLY be good, righteous, pure and without malice and evil; all of God's reasons for doing anyting or allowing anything must come from his loving character, for it is written, “God IS love”.
Aunt Matilda can bake a lovely chocolate cake, and we can analzye all the various characteristics of that cake, its ingredients, its taste, its beauty, and everything we can imagine about that cake; but we will never know why Aunt Matilda baked that cake unless she reveals it to us. Yet, if she chooses not to reveal her reasons for baking that cake, her decision to keep that a secret does not in any way prove that Aunt Matilda does not exist. Nonsense!
And so it is, if God does not decide to reveal anything to us, his decision to be silent does not in any way prove his nonexistence. That too is nonsense!
But the one thing I am completely sure about is that if a Christian is suffering with some terminal illness, and prays for God to heal them, the ultimate healing would be for God to take them to Paradise, where they would enjoy eternal healing. I personally have a terminal illness, and know that God can heal me here on Earth if he so chooses. But I also feel it personally far better for God to take the life I now have in this mortal, weak, natural body; and bring me to Paradise in an eternal, glorified, spiritual body; free from all pain, suffering, death, sorrow, etc.

Remember when you were a small child and about to do something wrong, but you felt that little tug at your heart that told you "NO"? That was the spirit trying to guide you... Or when you were older and trying to figure out something difficult but you just couldn't and finally it occurs to you, so as to make you say "oh yeah! Why didn't i think of that before?" - because HE just gave it to you. We say that because it seems so simple when the answer is perfect. That's how we know what comes from our Father, by it's perfection. When we don't listen we say things like "something was telling me" or "i had a gut feeling" but really this is how God communicates with every life form. Remember what Jesus said, "consider the birds of the field, they neither reap nor sow yet our Father feeds them" and HE can cause them to see a worm in the grass from the highest treetops. How much more can HE cause us to see? How much more important are we than the birds? When we get a big flow of information/understanding, we call it an "epiphany" and it can change your whole life. Learn to clear your mind. Learn your types of thoughts. Don't give any time to negative thoughts or thoughts that don't help you. "The Spirit is the true teacher" and as long as you're wrapped up in the world, you'll never hear HIM. ❤️🙏

Of all the "intellectual" arguments for Christ as the begotten Son of God, none is more powerful than the death of the apostles. A person may (as have others throughout history) have died for an erroneous belief. But they were witnesses. They lived with Jesus. They KNOW if what they wrote is true or is false because they SAW it. They proclaimed Jesus as God. They did so and did not become rich or to gain friends or to get hot women. They did become "famous" but many of their writings admitted their personal flaws, which is statement against interest for becoming "admired historical figures". All they needed to do is state that Jesus was NOT God and they would have avoided being murdered (martyred). But knowing Christ, they refused to deny Him and were executed for it. They died testifying to their knowledge when a simple denial of truth would have meant they get to live. No man would knowingly die for a lie. Powerful stuff.

Because we know we can learn from the mistakes of others, as well as our own, we therefore treasure up those insights which we have obtained, that tell us to not do those same things that are mistakes that others have made.
Clearly we do not need the people who mistakenly believe the world is flat, to teach us with their mistake that the world is round.
But there is a mistake they make which is a danger to all. And its this.
They have allowed their desire to be important to get the better of them, so much so, that they serve as an example of what’s possible if you lose your analytical ability.
They are no longer in a position whereby they can be reasoned with, although they continue every day to believe they are possessors of great critical thinking.
The overwhelming conclusion we can arrive at, is this.
Beware of the self, if it tarries too long, drinking from the wine of self importance. Because this has destroyed them. It’s not their mad flat earth but the vino.
The danger in telling others that they are great, is, they can turn into alcoholics of the worst kind, who want more and more wine of self importance. They get hooked on the stuff and can’t live without it.
These are people who have lost their minds. They can not and will not entertain any rationality that opposes their belief in the flat earth. They won’t look into it.
They want the earth to be flat. But that’s not where it’s at is it. Let the earth be whatever the earth be, not what you want it to be. Right? We all get that don’t we, except for the flat earth brigade. They can’t get it. That’s how far gone they are.
But let’s not just pick on the flat earthers. Let’s be fair. We must include the atheists. Let’s analyse them. Or perhaps we shouldn’t bother. It’s way too tedious. But notice the similarities.
The atheists are biased. They want God to not exist. And they become offended with this accusation and say nay friend we are open to believe. And they actually believe this to be true, because they think its true. They actually think they are ok with the idea of God’s existence and would happily believe it, if only someone could just prove it. That’s where those guys are at.
It’s the same as the flat earth people who outrageously say in the face of blinding evidence, where is the evidence? Ring any bells? The atheist do exactly the same by saying that all of the incredible evidence isn’t actually evidence at all.
And because the great whale in the sea hasn’t got a stamp on him saying made by God, they excitedly exclaim God didn’t make that great fish who dives deeper than a submarine.
Can an atheist or a flat earther be reasoned with? Maybe. But it hasn’t happened yet? Only God can do that. If you think you can rescue a flat earther with logic you better think again. That doesn’t work on them. But neither does it work on atheists. Don’t waste your time or your breath. They are never going to get it. It’s because they feel very important for not being a schmuck that believes in God. But the real biggie is not being inferior to God and all His greatness. That’s the real pump up for them. But don’t talk to them about this. They’ll never get it in a million years. Ever!!!
