Who awarded the Michelin award to Ming Qin Duck Egg CKT must be blind! First of all, CKT should never be "pre-fried"! Secondly, it should be fried plate by plate, not five portions at a time!
To the Penangnites, Michelin's standard is very low and out of touch. Penang people totally disregard Michelin's accreditation when they go for the good food... They are considering Michelin is nothing but propaganda and publicity
IMO as a tourist, michelin guide, guide me a lot for "good" food, almost try all michelin bib gourmand food in penang , and none of this food in the list is bad for me, in the end its back to personal taste.

Ate this ckt in Feb this year. Super oily. Average .Not worth Michelin award. Have tried better ckt.
