Bioderma has a variant that has spf 50+ and PPD 42, but it gives a white face. LRP isnt easily available in India, are there any Indian sunscreens that have a good PPD value for those who tan very easily.

Much needed video!! I have oily skin too n was looking for info about sunscreen... Till now I just stick to cleansing with Bioderma sebium gel moussant as cleanser that suits me well removes extra oil and dirt without giving me breakouts, following up with rose water as toner and aloe vera gel as moisturiser. Will include sunscreen in the routine too.
@@appyviral8753 Go for any pharmaceutical brand that the doctor recommended on the video. Go to the description and check for yourself. UV Doux, LaShield, Episoft AC are also good these products are from pharmaceutical brand. If you are acne prone then Acne-UV gel from ipca laboratories is good.

Yes these are expensive but these are important. I mean if you don't use sunscreen you will get signs of aging and tan eventually for these you will have to spend some money. So it's better to spend on sunscreen rather to than anti-aging creams or parlour treatments for tan and skin burn. Think of it as an investment.
Same with me I am fair skinned guy from Rajasthan, but now I am 27 & it's becoming like dusky colour, & the reason is don't shave ur underarms more frequently...
It's completely normal to have darkness in the areas of secondary sexual characters i.e. the places where we observe changes after puberty like groin area, armpits. As long as you're keeping it clean using soap regularly, you're good to go. Although there are some medical treatments to remove the darkness in those areas but they are costly and demand persistent seatings . Hope it helps!

Ma'am I have a doubt... If we should apply sunscreen 30min before sun exposure and at the same time we should also reapply it after every 2 hours... Then if we stay outdoors for 5-6 hrs then how we can reapply a sunscreen? Because we will be immediately exposed to sunlight after reapplying the sunscreen when we remain outdoor for a longer period of time
I'm not an expert But what I do is 20 minutes Before I go out I apply sunscreen Then after 2 hours, even if I'm out, I apply sunscreen and Every 2 hours I apply my sunscreen The applying 20 mins before is just for the sunscreen to settle in.

Yes true, but I am using Thrive co sunscreen, I use it on daily basis, it really helps to protect my skin from sun rays, and uvc rays and also protect it. Also keep my skin moisturized. I can even apply it on my make-up. If still protects.

Thank you for this video. I suffer with hyperpigmentation so I try to avoid chemical sunscreens, they often absorb heat which isn't good. But, mineral sunscreens leave a white cast which looks ghastly ugh. So difficult to find a good sunscreen for brown skin :(
@@Skyressian23 if you do want a tinted one. i will recommend use matte chemical sunscreen and cover it with foundation or bb/cc cream to get that tinted look

Yes mineral sunscreen is best because it doesn't absorb in the skin and doesn't cause any harm to skin. Whereas chemical sunscreen can harm the skin.

Thank you for this video. I suffer with hyperpigmentation so I try to avoid chemical sunscreens, they often absorb heat which isn't good. But, mineral sunscreens leave a white cast which looks ghastly ugh. So difficult to find a good sunscreen for brown skin :(

@@Skyressian23 no because those are very expensive for small quantity of sunscreen. it wont last long if used everyday with proper application.
@@Skyressian23 if you do want a tinted one. i will recommend use matte chemical sunscreen and cover it with foundation or bb/cc cream to get that tinted look

Retinol creams should be used only at night (I use same night cream) and you absolutely must use sunscreen next morning after moisturizing.

Paraben isn't that harmful for skin....
2 dermats recommended me this suncreen so do not worry. It's one of the best suncreens in the market.
