The first YT recommendation in my feed was his performance of "Music for a While", and now I can't get enough of Mr. Mobley. He's an amazing artist and I really would love to see a live performance.
Same ❤😊
Discovered Reginald Mobley from Brandon Acker. This voice is pure, devine and absolute. Such precision of word, execution of notes.
Just came here today for the same reason. He's a wonderful singer.
I just can't believe that I have not heard him before now!! Stunning voice!
Reggie has great videos with a TH-camr by the name of Brandon Acker. You may enjoy some of those videos.
Mr Mobley has a dramatically rich and varied voice which keeps listeners focused and accompanied as it is with such lively skill the two combine rather wondrously into a totally satisfying sound. Thank you.
Sir, you're now officially my favorite countertenor/alto.
Indeed!!!
really, he's unmatched in characterfullness and expression
Same
He’s one of my favorites as well. There are several wonderful countertenors out there, each with a different vocal quality, all amazing!
Mine too!
I am now obsessed with this beautiful angelic voice 🥹 praise be to TH-cam recommendations
What a wonderfull voice. Light and fullbodied at the same time.love it
Reginald Mobley's voice, dynamics, and expressiveness give me such joy
Okay I am such an uppity music snob and I am on maybe song three and this man is already my all time counter tenor
This is great. Congratulations, Mr. Reginald Mobley & Stephen Stubbs.
Great version!Few years ago, I discovered this song on the cd of STING, tribute to J.Dowland.
i am not usually given to hyperbole nor hollow superlatives but this is glorious and breathe-taking. thank you!
Such a beautifully sweet voice
Votre voix m enchante !!! merci Monsieur Mobley
Absolutely beautiful gentlemen, in every way.

Excellent duo.
Celestial. Exquisita precisión.
there is only one thing wrong with this video. where is the wild applause at the end. Reginald, you are amazing. I love the close ups of your face when you sing, the emotion is electrifying. thank you for this amazing performance.

Exactly my thoughts
Thanks! So celestial!
Glorious interpretation!
WOW
Perfeição❤
what an awesome interpretation :)
Amazing
Go reggie good job brother
Very good!
🥰🥰🥰
Full of character, but at the end, we don't know if the singing lover was satisfied or not, happy or sad, angry or in love.
Perhaps too much attention to consonants to the detriment of phrasing.
Indeed, there's a certain "four-squared" approach that encourages you to breath more often than the syntax demands.
Well and sensitively accompanied and lovely voice.
On third listening, I notice an approach to diphthongs which has more of 'crooning' than a bel canto /lyric approach. i.e. the second of two vowels arriving too soon.
e.g. "FaIIIId" instead of "FAAind".
What's the chart at the start?
what is that chart at the start of the video?
hi
Singing a song of pre-marital desire before a holy altar, how sacrilegious (what a voice though)
O how the past was perfect.
Ok he has broken into the other side - I want to hear some metal out of his voice maybe even grunge
Does he have any high falsetto left in him at all? This piece is sung very low.....
