I grew up HEAVILY Christian, but always felt there was more. Now, (38y) I opened myself up to reaching out to my higher self and had a life changing event during meditation. Among an infinite amount of other answers, what you just said in this video was nearly word for word told to me by my higher self. Though I’m male, it was female, and she was the most beautiful loving being I’d ever encountered. I cried, we laughed, I met other “me’s” on the same near lifetime with minor and major differences based on choices. Haven’t been the same since. I would assume that most of you here have experienced in real time that burning question of "what would you say to your past self." I would assume that the Higher-self coming to us in the NOW moment would be that happening in the present. This is the best time to be alive, let's remember to live in it and not just through it! ❤
The Higher Self is actually the part of our “spirit”-that part of our over-soul that incarnates into a physical life-that remains outside of the body. Our over-soul is in the higher realms. The higher self observes and records our life from the outside perspective. It maintains that clear connection with our over-soul (pure consciousness). Our internal spirit observes and records through the eyes and perspectives of the body. When we are meditating we are typically connecting with our higher self. When we sleep our internal self (spirit) typically leaves the body and merges into higher self to recharge. If we are truly awakening, our body must first reach a vibration that will allow us to merge into higher self vibrationally. Once our bodies adjust to that vibration, some of us will actually embody a piece of our ascended self. This would be in actuality awakening to all that we are as source energy while in physical form. What most people don’t understand about the awakening process is that a lot of it hinges on the body. The body must be upgraded and tuned in order to merge with the higher self and handle that vibration in perpetuity.
What is our internal self (spirit) - is this our soul? Is the over-soul that resides in the higher realms our spirit? Does our higher self have a form somewhere?
@@YGerard Yes. The individualized “you” is a fractal of the Over-soul (the Totality of all that is you) It’s the individualized you that comes forward to observe/experience physical incarnations. The spirit will then split off. Part of it will incarcerate into the body. The other part (higher self) will stay outside the body. This allows you to observe and record your life from an external and internal perspective. Your higher self stays connected to pure source energy. The part of your spirit that will go into the body has to lower its vibration, in order to align with the lower vibration of the body. To some degree the inner spirit is in a very dormant observer state of being. It interprets self through the sensory perception of the body. This is when the mind and ego are created.

@@YGerard most has come to me via my awakening and my internal spirit moving forward. Receiving downloads that allow my inner self to begin remembering itself. This is awakening. The body is upgraded at the cellular level. Once the inner spirit awakens the upgrades and downloads will begin to intensify. Your body will be slowly purged of lower vibration energy within your cells. This energy will be replaced with higher vibration light. It’s a gradual process so your body can handle it. This process slowly raises the vibration of the body. Depending on our role to play in the awakening of humanity, some of us are being accelerated. Our role is to move into higher consciousness and assist others.

I reached out to my kids (who are awesome and so proud how far we have come..daughter was 16 and our son 11 when their dad died unexpectedly of a heart attack playing ice hockey) I said wow a decade.. it’s like music of a decade.. I said the 60s had a certain music, the 70s had a certain music, the 80s had a certain music. I have been a decade of music raising my kids etc. when I woke up that morning I realized I have been doing the same thing, in the same house, with the same people. That gorgeous light in your background... this is so random, but to be forward, here's this story. I was sitting outside one night in June, eating cereal and contemplating a deep subject on consciousness and life outside of Earth. In short, a "ufo" appeared flying towards me in direct response to my conscious thoughts, and told me we are all connected by consciousness. The ship looked just like that light on your desk. It was like an elongated octahedron made of holographic shimmering pastel lights. I can't even describe the magnificence of it, and I i was consumed with love and bliss as it silently flew right over me. It was just at the top of the power lines, and about as big as a smart car. It was the most beautiful thing I've ever witnessed and experienced, and I have no idea what or who it was. But what a LESSON! 🤯❤ Needless to say, where did you get that amazing light?! About a year ago I had a psychic encounter with what I now know to be my higher self that shook me to my core. I have been looking for information to help unpack that encounter, and I am happy to say that this video is now the cornerstone of that work. At one point in the encounter, the HS showed me what I can only describe as a holographic disco ball, (see the clip at 7:20, lol), where each tile was another aspect of the HS manifesting concurrently, (completely disregarding the notion of "past" or "future" lives, as from that vantage point, they all take place alongside each other, beyond the dimension of time). The experiences and lessons taken in each life immediately dispensed throughout the entirety of the globe, seamlessly and non-locally resonating with the other tiles, reiterating the importance of the work we do in this life, (and the importance of fostering consciousness and openness to in order to fully integrate lessons from beyond). Hi Sarah, in this video you're actually describe one of the major aspects that I encountered during my ND Experience in 1978. Ever since then, I have had the opposite experience though, I couldn't ever fully go back to that "one station"...after realizing the infinity of the higher self it was very difficult to ever fully re-enter into this one body...that feeling never left me, indeed, it only grew and expanded from there, there's no such thing as just one "station" so to speak. Many times, the numbers I receive have a purpose. It took years, but 327 was finally revealed to me. Now I am receiving 1144 or just 144. Many times, these numbers have layered meanings. I see 1144 and I break it down to 114 and 144. 114 is the rounded off diameter of a 360-degree circle and 144 is the 12th iteration of the Fibonacci sequence. My guidance has prompted me to study vortex fields and magnetism. 327 took years to reveal what it was about. I only realized it when I visited a vortex field in Montana. I also remember the lightbulb going off when I saw Nicola Tesla's apartment number was 3327, which is the 3rd floor, apartment 327. So, that is a couple of examples of how I was guided by that number. I began studying Tesla and it dovetailed perfectly with my other studies. Perhaps, the numbers you are seeing, will do the same someday. Then again, they could just be confirmation that you are evolving in the correct direction.

My higher self has intervened many times, via a voice in my head. I know it’s not me…it interjects out of nowhere. But I instinctively know to listen!

When we sleep our internal self (spirit) typically leaves the body and merges into higher self to recharge. If we are truly awakening, our body must first reach a vibration that will allow us to merge into higher self vibrationally. Once our bodies adjust to that vibration, some of us will actually embody a piece of our ascended self. This would be in actuality awakening to all that we are as source energy while in physical form. What most people don’t understand about the awakening process is that a lot of it hinges on the body. The body must be upgraded and tuned in order to merge with the higher self and handle that vibration in perpetuity.

What is our internal self (spirit) - is this our soul? Is the over-soul that resides in the higher realms our spirit? Does our higher self have a form somewhere?
@@YGerard Yes. The individualized “you” is a fractal of the Over-soul (the Totality of all that is you) It’s the individualized you that comes forward to observe/experience physical incarnations. The spirit will then split off. Part of it will incarcerate into the body. The other part (higher self) will stay outside the body. This allows you to observe and record your life from an external and internal perspective. Your higher self stays connected to pure source energy. The part of your spirit that will go into the body has to lower its vibration, in order to align with the lower vibration of the body. To some degree the inner spirit is in a very dormant observer state of being. It interprets self through the sensory perception of the body. This is when the mind and ego are created.

When the body is upgraded to prepare for awakening, is it just the nervous system being upgraded or more than this (e.g. third eye opening)? How does kundalini awakening fit into all these (the union and harmonisation of feminine & musculine energies)?
@@YGerard most has come to me via my awakening and my internal spirit moving forward. Receiving downloads that allow my inner self to begin remembering itself. This is awakening. The body is upgraded at the cellular level. Once the inner spirit awakens the upgrades and downloads will begin to intensify. Your body will be slowly purged of lower vibration energy within your cells. This energy will be replaced with higher vibration light. It’s a gradual process so your body can handle it. This process slowly raises the vibration of the body. Depending on our role to play in the awakening of humanity, some of us are being accelerated. Our role is to move into higher consciousness and assist others.

Thank you for this clarification. When my higher self introduced himself to me via telepathic audible communication, he said, "I am your oversoul." I had never heard that term before, nore had I ever had any sort of telepathic communication before, so it was all quite confusing lol.
Not to weird! Landed beyond. Thank you thank you. My husband died sept 2013. I woke on his anniversary sept 29 2023 at 444 am. The message I received was it’s been a decade. A decade. I reached out to my kids (who are awesome and so proud how far we have come..daughter was 16 and our son 11 when their dad died unexpectedly of a heart attack playing ice hockey) I said wow a decade.. it’s like music of a decade.. I said the 60s had a certain music, the 70s had a certain music, the 80s had a certain music. I have been a decade of music raising my kids etc. when I woke up that morning I realized I have been doing the same thing, in the same house, with the same people. Yet I have done so much work to heal and evolve and realized my inner place no longer fits the radio station of my externally place. It’s a sign when you talked about radio frequencies. That gorgeous light in your background... this is so random, but to be forward, here's this story. I was sitting outside one night in June, eating cereal and contemplating a deep subject on consciousness and life outside of Earth. In short, a "ufo" appeared flying towards me in direct response to my conscious thoughts, and told me we are all connected by consciousness. The ship looked just like that light on your desk. It was like an elongated octahedron made of holographic shimmering pastel lights. I can't even describe the magnificence of it, and I i was consumed with love and bliss as it silently flew right over me. It was just at the top of the power lines, and about as big as a smart car. It was the most beautiful thing I've ever witnessed and experienced, and I have no idea what or who it was. But what a LESSON! 🤯❤

About a year ago I had a psychic encounter with what I now know to be my higher self that shook me to my core. I have been looking for information to help unpack that encounter, and I am happy to say that this video is now the cornerstone of that work. At one point in the encounter, the HS showed me what I can only describe as a holographic disco ball, (see the clip at 7:20, lol), where each tile was another aspect of the HS manifesting concurrently, (completely disregarding the notion of "past" or "future" lives, as from that vantage point, they all take place alongside each other, beyond the dimension of time). The experiences and lessons taken in each life immediately dispensed throughout the entirety of the globe, seamlessly and non-locally resonating with the other tiles, reiterating the importance of the work we do in this life, (and the importance of fostering consciousness and openness to in order to fully integrate lessons from beyond). Hi Sarah, in this video you're actually describe one of the major aspects that I encountered during my ND Experience in 1978. Ever since then, I have had the opposite experience though, I couldn't ever fully go back to that "one station"...after realizing the infinity of the higher self it was very difficult to ever fully re-enter into this one body...that feeling never left me, indeed, it only grew and expanded from there, there's no such thing as just one "station" so to speak. You're doing a great job explaining perfectly how it works. Thank you!

Many times, the numbers I receive have a purpose. It took years, but 327 was finally revealed to me. Now I am receiving 1144 or just 144. Many times, these numbers have layered meanings. I see 1144 and I break it down to 114 and 144. 114 is the rounded off diameter of a 360-degree circle and 144 is the 12th iteration of the Fibonacci sequence. My guidance has prompted me to study vortex fields and magnetism. 327 took years to reveal what it was about. I only realized it when I visited a vortex field in Montana. I also remember the lightbulb going off when I saw Nicola Tesla's apartment number was 3327, which is the 3rd floor, apartment 327. So, that is a couple of examples of how I was guided by that number. I began studying Tesla and it dovetailed perfectly with my other studies. Perhaps, the numbers you are seeing, will do the same someday. Then again, they could just be confirmation that you are evolving in the correct direction.

I can feel your explanation perfectly. What is confusing me, our Consciousness? Is that our soul or is our consciousness spirit? As I put my ego on the back burner, I am seeing my presence or present life crumble in front of me! No-thing is working for me - making a living- getting a doctors appointment- repairing my car ect. The higher self is the spectrum expression of who we are and a mirror of what Source also is, an infinitely expandable spectrum expanding from within itself.
And above that higher self spectrum are even more hierarchies (broader spectrum expressions) that we ARE. We are an infinite spectrum Source stream that condenses down all the way to this realm, to explore itself and its creations. And from a macro perspective, we are a spectrum flavor of Source's macro "personality".
Everything is a spectrum within a spectrum within a spectrum, Russian doll principle. We are developing our spectrum flavors. Infinitely.
Even at this density, you still embody an archetypal spectrum that keeps expressing, exploring and expanding.
