I think everyone generally accepts the need to contribute their fair share including the most wealthy. This is a workaround for a different issue. Brits do invest heavily overseas, while not showing the same confidence in the British marketplace or a good proportion of British companies. That is something that needs to change. Not appreciating the value wealth creators bring in innovation and creating new solutions that we all benefit from will lead to issues further down the road. Why stay in the UK when you are treated like the cause of the problems rather than part of the solution.
