I invested in Congress Heights (across the street from St Eilzabeth's) in 2019, and can def confirm the development has progressed steadily. Over the past couple yrs I've watched the $600k+ townhomes sprout up and the new Whitman Walker building is pretty much ready to open. Looking forward to groceries, restaurants, and hotels.
