For those who says that it still says the error, copy and paste the file into SysWOW64 too.
You have to check what type your PC is by going to Control Panel, Systems, and look at System Type in the text down below. If it says 64bit, then that's why it's not working. Put the file at the folder of SysWOW64 and restart the computer. It should work.

So, I tried to play Battlefield 1918 mod for Battlefield 1942 it told me this file was missing. Well I installed it correctly and still the same error is occuring? I also restarted my computer but it's not working. Do I have to re-install the mod?

This is a scam This is a scam do not do anything said in this video or anything written in the comments if you are missing the dll file in Skyrim the only way to get the dll file is to verify game files in GTA 4 it is to reinstall the game. Any other game just reinstall there is no other way you can't download dll files it is not possible.
