Samething happened to my apex headunit. Had a storm come through. Power surged and it fried it. Long story short... had to buy another. Advice: have a battery back for the apex and router + a wave pump.

I really like the Kraken Reef feeding cup, until my goby realized he was small enough to get thru the honey comb bottom and get first dibs on all the food lol

Had this happen with 2 apexes its the SD card inside just needs replacing. They had a bad batch of them.

Very nice additions. What do you think caused the rtn from your experience?

My Ph was severely low in the evenings. About 7.7. I think the low ph with added stress from shipping caused the RTN. Since I have remedied the ph issue I haven't lost a coral since from any online vendor. Just a guess, but I am 95% sure low ph was my issue.

I didn’t have luck with my apex. Inconsistent, and overall just sh*t! Got rid of it and much happier,!

Yea, it definitely has me on edge at times. TBH, not loving the system either.
