A small suggestion it is better to take turmeric(manjal) with milk or while cooking with oil if you are consuming it, as curcumin in turmeric is fatsoluble body absorbs it better .For gargling it is ok.

Thank you doctor. I too have this allergy and continuous sneezing problem specially in the morning. I tried your salt , turmeric , hot water gargle and it really works and I am trying to control without taking citrizine and also inhaler. I don’t drink the salt water in the end as I have high BP and taking medicine for it. Also I don’t eat the pepper as it is very hot and leads to hiccups.

I had severe allergic rhintis for last 3 years, i took blood test to diagnose allergen details and found derm pteronyssinus and farinae. I followed below life style change, feels completely better.
1. All blankets/sofa cover/bed sheet/pillow cover to be cleaned with hot water weekly once.
2. Check humidity level of room with hygrometer since morning always i use to sneeze more. Always maintain humidity between 40-50% using dehumidifier.
3. Daily night Drinking hot water with oregano+3 clove+lemon.
