Macaroni Fruit Salad | How to make Macaroni Fruit Salad (Pinoy Style)

Macaroni Fruit Cocktail
Ingredients
200g Macaroni
432g Fruit Cocktail
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 pack(250ml) All-purpose cream
1/2 cup Condensed Milk
340g Nata De Coco (Green)
1/3 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Cheese, cubed
Procedure
1. Put 2 liters of water in a pot. Add salt and cooking oil, bring to a boil. Add macaroni and stir occasionally to avoid macaroni from sticking together. Cook for 10 minutes or until al dente or cook according to package instruction. Drain macaroni and rinse over
tap or cold water. Let it cool.
2. In a bowl combine cooked macaroni, nata de coco, fruit cocktail and raisins. Mix. Add all-purpose cream, mayonnaise, condensed milk and cheese cubes. Mix well. Chill in the ref for 1-2 hours before serving.

Thanks for sharing. My own recipe includes fresh young coconut and pure pineapple slices (not fruit cocktail because it’s too sweet), they counteract each other kaya hindi nakakaumay. I also top it with cheese and optional na rin yung kaong at nata- cheaper and tastes the same with or without it. I put 400 gms of macaroni. Check it out and give it a try. Enjoy!
