Macaroni salad ay isa uri ng pasta salad na sineserve na malamig na may sangkap na elbow macaroni and usually meron itong mayonaise na mas pinasarap pa ng ibang sangkap gaya ng raisins.carrot at iba pa.Para na rin itong potato salad o kaya naman coleslaw na madalas ipinapartner bilang side dish ng barbecue or fried chicken.Pero madalas itong nakikita sa mga handaang pinoy lalo sa mga ganitong holiday seasons.Madali at napakasarap na dish na uulit ulitin sa sarap.Merry Christmas and a Happy New year!

Ingredients:
400g macaroni
1/4 kl chicken breast
470ml mayonaise
227g pineapple tidbits
100g raisins
1 medium carrot
2 stalks celery
100g pickle relish
1 medium white onion
1 cup cheese cubes or diced
1 cup apc
1/2 cup condensed milk(optional)
1/2 cup grated cheese(optional)
salt and pepper to taste

,.You don't have to add oil para d didikit ang noodles,just run it with cold water when its done ..=)

It's easier to mix the mayo with the pasta first before the rest of the ingredients. That way it's easier to mix everything. Also, probably best to add enough oil with water when boiling the pasta so you don't have to add some more oil when the pasta's cooked and drained. Just suggesting. :-)

What's the purpose of adding oil in cooking the pasta if you will rinse the pasta? Why do you put condense milk? Is that supposed to be savory or sweet? In North America macaroni salad is not sweet, it's a salad like potato salad.

All Ingredients should have been cut or prepared it’s unnecessary to see etc boil chicken, shred and all etc .mac salad should not have carrots, celery basic is pineapple, raisins condense milk mayo chicknen when I see all the recipe they all like salsa looks and other they end up like fruit salad.
