well i edited the original midi that i had to only include the "main lines" so like the melody but also sometimes the background harmony is prioritized
i cant remember where i got the midi or if it is in the description but i know that there is a file rush-e.mid in the github source code (that IS in the description). you can try a program like musescore 4 to convert the music into playable piano. also good luck playing rush e, very difficult!
