Its amazing how many things are more expensive in the Philippines than in the US and thats still before you factor in costs as a percentage of income. Pizza. Cakes. Flowers.
Philippines is still a much cheaper place to live than the U.S. thank goodness and with the possibility of a Kamala in our future the Philippines is looking better than ever.

I have now started to research testosterone boosting foods and am placing them in my diet. The good news is that I have lost gut fat. I will find out if it has changed my testosterone in the beginning of January (June it was considered low to very low). Good luck with your journey.
I was at the airport in tacloban going to somewhere other than Philippines for awhile (food variety, continuous power, flat roads etc😂) and i was sitting there looking around at people and all the guys i saw with girlfriends or wives looked so beat down n mentally taxed i said to myself welp good luck fellas better you than me im off to Thailand 😂.
